@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

@SkyHelpTeam No, they never do, just that openreach haven't fixed it and have escalated it and need to come back another day. Then I have to ring up a few days later to find out when that might be.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband has been completely down since 18th February. Several Openreach visits so far with no resolution and I have to call every few days for an update. Surely there is a better way I can keep track of the work and next steps?
