    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi sky - an engineer was supposed to be out today to fix a line fault however there are still problems when we run the broadband test. It’s now been 5 working days (longer since it was last Friday) since we raised the fault so when will you sort this?

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the case all day every day, the devices are connected but not using wifi, but it’s only now there is a problem. There is a problem somewhere that drops the connection, I know this because it happened before and you fixed it and stopped it from happening.

    @OpenreachHelp I am without broadband for 3 weeks due to a repair thats needed and Openreach keep pushing the date back for the work to be completed! @SkyHelpTeam are giving me appalling customer service and not updating me, I only get updates when I ring! What is going on?!

    @SkyHelpTeam The line test comes up fine, it’s the connection between the router and my devices. Right now Glass is showing as no network connection and this is happening all the time. Same when doing work calls at home, just loses connectivity
