I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

Make sure you ring the cancellation people, they will be UK based and will be helpful. You have 14 days to cancel and they'll try to keep you but you can cancel if all else fails.

Had to intervene & used cooling off period. A bed salesman also took advantage sold her a bed she couldn't afford. Vile people. Never buy anything on phone!
