I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

Paul Smith (@bronzefish) reported from Bromley, England@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!
