    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @SkyUK there's no signals at all. Can't use WiFi. Rubbish service as usual. Since 3pm no service. Why I am paying @skytv @SkyHelpTeam can't watch anything at all on my days off 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Aerial ) and generally the functionality is sticky and that’s being kind. Been with sky for over 20 years so the fact I can’t get my sky q back until my 31 days of cancellation has finished meaning no tv until it arrives is also a major customer service kick on the teeth.
