@SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

@SkyHelpTeam Jeez Louise. The only answer I need is why you think it’s ok to charge extra for your broadband to work when I already pay £30 per month for ‘Superfast’ but your router and Sky Q wifi extenders aren’t fit for purpose. Your online help guide won’t address this, will it #jokers
