    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

    @JodanaSandyXx @SkyHelpTeam Could be anything from a direct debit needs setting up again or the payment not actually going through to an outage/fault. Check your online account and billing first and failing that call in and someone can have a look for you. Just remember to be kind

    @SkyHelpTeam we are having a problem with losing our HD channels regularly - we had a MDU engineer come out from the fibre network, he replaced MDU box and fibre cable and the problem is still happening - they have said it could be a problem with Sky and to contact yourselves?

    @SkyHelpTeam my control doesn’t work for sky stream, I’ve had so many problems with your faulty controls. Your support team told me many of the controls were faulty. I need a new one sent out asap. Get back to me as soon as possible. So sick of this, so tempted to cancel.
