    @SkyHelpTeam I missed around 5 or so minutes of the race. However this isn't the first time my sky q silver box has done this and have asked Sky before if there are any software updates due or issues that have been acknowledged

    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    @SkyUK three engineers since Saturday and still my broadband isn't working properly. Keep having to add mobile data to two phones. Not a happy customer

Because they don’t receive that estimate from Openreach and if thats a problem you should be asking OR why they don’t give that info out. To answer your question about what it could be, I think

    Good evening @SkyHelpTeam & @skytv Still no signal - Day 11 - I think. You fitted a reconditioned box - same problem within an hour. Your box / software fault. Diamond VIP customer - means jack sh1t. Utterly useless - might as well cancel my contract after 21 years.

    @JaidevRamya @SkyHelpTeam A better question is what couldn’t it be. The most likely to cause a lengthy delay are things like cable theft or damage to an exchange, cabinet or pole. Its also near Christmas (annual leave) and there is a lot of sickness going round. Just wait patiently like everyone else

    @SkyUK I have been fobbed off continuously by sky get the stream on service for Christmas ! The fast broadband that comes with the streaming service keeps being pushed back pushed back told it would go live today nope ! Not till next year! If I knew this I would not have stayed

    @SkyHelpTeam Ha ha, laughable when I already have a complaint open! Less than 2 weeks before I can actually pass this to the ombudsman as well. I have repeatedly called to be told they cannot transfer me. So please do carry on making yourselves look foolish!
