Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Pearl. Unfortunately I have more than 1 number on my Sky account, so the text service isn't available to me. The online system is down. I called the call centre, but they couldn't send me the security code, because the system is down. Any ETA on a fix?
