    @SkyHelpTeam guys what update was sent out over night. I'm getting This screen does not support HDCP try reconnecting your HDMI cable. Sky appears for a split second then same blue screen

    Yet again no #braodband. #Sky will send an engineer on Thursday eve. This is a rediculously poor quality of service. @SkyHelpTeam and #Openreach need to get together and sort this out...

    @SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

    @SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

    @raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam - we are currently facing broadband issues in this area also the speed is not acceptable as expecting to be faster than just 57Mbps. Please be aware I have checked everything and do not wish to go through the checklist of things again as it’s time consuming.
