@SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

@SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

We’re always quick to complain, but I’ve just had exemplary service from @SkyUK & @SkyHelpTeam - 1hr 50mins on the phone to completely reset our whole broadband & Q network. Back to full speed & intelligent grid to fuel #HomeSchooling video classes & video meetings.
