    @SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

    @SkyUK Worst. Provider. Ever. Given 3 dates to have our internet set up and the final date would have left us without internet for a month. I now have no data left. I am a teacher and can’t do any work because I can’t access any internet. Awful service!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam the sim I used for 2 years stopped working out of the blue and my Sky page would say "Bad request" if I try to use my page. Ordered a new sim, now website doesn't even direct me to Sim Activation page. Been been without service for 3 weeks, stay away from Sky!
