@SkyHelpTeam we moved into our new build in March and have no phone line we have tried contacting sky many times but still no luck. I have tried to cancel our previous subscription and get a new one set up and tried moving our old one over but we are not getting anywhere.

@AskPS_UK Have done this, and even called @SkyHelpTeam who advised a hard reset of our router. We've done this and both our PS5s are still unable to sign in. @SkyHelpTeam have you made any configuration changes to your network please?
