    @BricklayersN17 @SkySports Yer I had that problem I went to 402 so lost the fake fan noise but couldn’t for the life of me find a way of turning on the Spurs commentary, it was somehow stuck on Man U.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @moodyblue81 @SkyHelpTeam There is no padding option. Recordings take the timings from the dynamic EPG data - provided the broadcaster keeps this information updated, you shouldn’t have any issue. It’s down to each broadcaster to keep their data streams updated.
