    @SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

    @jameswhyte81 @SkyHelpTeam I know mate online check says no issues in your area but I can’t get TV or WiFi so clearly there is a problem. For what we pay it’s a disgrace to be honest.

    @SkyHelpTeam classic again today having to reboot my broadband and Sky Q boxes. This is a regular occurrence probably 3 times a day. Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

    @SkyHelpTeam It has and booked an engineer who has came to fix it but they never came to my house now one is here atm and trying to fix faults but it’s unacceptable speeds

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @ColinHammond96 @SkyHelpTeam As someone who hasn't engaged meaningfully with the service in many years (it was only ever something my guardians had), what happened to it? To give you an idea of how long it's been, I think 2011 was maybe the furthest back I can remember?

    @TheBlueDodger @SkySports So Glad to see the back of Him. Chelsea got well & truly ripped off for £72 Million. A lot of Chelsea fans never forgave him for his Antics against Man City in the league Cup Final. Sarri should of ran on the pitch and dragged him off.

    @SkyCricket @SkySports Sat in my hotel room wanting to watch fifth day highlights on Sky Go. Programme is 3/4 of the way through; why is there not a ‘watch from start’ option like most other streaming services? Infuriating, having paid for the service. Am I missing the option to do this?

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me why after having super fast fibre installed my broadband drops off the sky Q box daily and usually has to be reset to get it going again? Not great for paying over £100 a month for a service that's not very good at all!
