    @ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Its my sky Q keeps turning off and freezing. As per my bills, I'm sick of being charged an admin fee every time my contract ends and I have to reduce my bill. Y am I paying extra to cancel channels to afford it. Y am I paying extra for a discount u could give me anyway? #loyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks now our Broadband has been intermittent. Have been on help and completed tests. Still very poor. Yes, I know about number of devices too. It’s still not consistent. What is happening to your service?

    @SkyHelpTeam We have built up excess data on our Sky Mobile Phones.. in these difficult times, is it possible to donate some of our excess data to schools, people in need etc to help support them??

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but it was useless. Another number to ring another 30 min queue and then guess what an offer of an SMS to troubleshoot. How do you trouble shoot engineers not coming repeatedly?

    @RealPaulMurray @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam I know there has been issues with most internet providers and think it’s a larger network problem. I have contacted BT/openreach and asked this is given absolute priority. Hope we can get it sorted ASAP
