I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.
