Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again.
