@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

The same crap excuses everytime this subject is brought up. Somebody can sit next to me with scalding hot tea, but I can't sit with a beer. #

@varinder86 @SkySports New Rule says that if it happens on pitch a ban can be anywhere between 6-12 games. And if its on Social Media its a 3 game ban. Suarez incident happened on the pitch and hence the long ban.

My poor customer service experience this w/e @SkyHelpTeam on hold for 1 hour after they made a mistake with billing - luckily rectified. @HalifaxBank passed through 3 diff departments, again over hour wait time.we’ve been WFH for so long now you can’t use this as an excuse!
