Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam We are no longer having issues with paramoun+. We can no longer watch ANY tv because SkyQ has stopped working because SkyGlass got activated (without us doing anything with the switched off tv) and now SkyGlass will not activate. And that is what I’ve asked for help with today
