    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    @ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks now our Broadband has been intermittent. Have been on help and completed tests. Still very poor. Yes, I know about number of devices too. It’s still not consistent. What is happening to your service?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    @SkySports I’m all for bashing United, but you can’t blame them for the number of pens they have been awarded. The finger needs to be pointed squarely at the officials. United players may go down easy, but it’s the officials who award the pen.

    @SkyHelpTeam So engineer out yesterday to sort out ongoing connectivity problems throughout our house (tv&wifi)... he has tweaked but can’t resolve until patch released for brand new hub I received in Oct. Connectivity still bad today - when will this be fixed? Not good enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam No not yet. If it is a problem with the hub - can’t go back to old one as had to send it back - what can they do? I’ve been on top level service for almost 20 years. Releasing poorly designed kit is a regular problem with sky and this has happened repeatedly... cont
