    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @CaptainChats @SkyUK @SkySports I seriously question my sky Q subscription most days, as it very poor value for money. Sky Glass is yet another attempt to handcuff subscribers by hardware. It’s backward, old tech, not environmental, expensive and just silly. Sky, Just launch an app FFS!

    @SkyUK All Sky had to do was fix issue of only being able to watch SkyQ 4K on one Sky box. Instead of creating a smart tv app to accommodate that or refreshing the Sky Q hardware they’re trying to tie people down to their own TVs? Good luck! Only minority of people will be interested

    @Seallbay @SkyUK How so? If the internet connection goes down, you’re screwed. At least it it goes down now, I can still watch live TV and recordings. With Glass, it’s literally just what’s recorded.

    @SkyUK A product that could have done well 5 years ago - Sky has missed the boat here. This won't sell in large numbers. Apps are where it is at in TV right now, not walled-garden hardware. Also - G rating (the worst) on energy efficiency = bad.

    @SkyUK WTF? Need a (bulky) sky TV set and also need a puck for multi screen? Why not just launch an app? Then every TV can access it, you open to millions of subscribers and cut down on waste. This is totally absurd. No way am I getting rid of my OLED TV for this POS!
