@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkyHelpTeam As outlined above in this thread download speeds for anything on @SkyUK are appallingly slow and/or fail. Stuck on 1% for eternity. We have high speed broadband connectivity here so this isn’t problem. Also similar reports online of others struggling with same issue

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My dad has been on at sky to try make you do something but to no avail. It’s amazing that companies such as sky haven’t managed to do all the work themselves, they can’t be happy having to apologise for openreach’s poor service all the time.
