@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@SkyUK here we go again. Sky call centre making engineer visits, engineers then cancel them ALL on the day because they can’t come in. Pandemic been going on for nearly a year, for Christ’s sake sort yourselves out!
