@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@garylilley88 @SkyHelpTeam Well, you are fortunate. We never got better than 25Mb/s (theoretical max 28Mb/s) from FTTC from Sky. Around 2pm each day it would really slow down, 100% packet loss for minutes at a time. I used to run ping continuously so I could see when it was stopped.
