Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that and nothing comes up with errors. The WiFi just cuts out intermittently and the light on the router goes orange and then after 5 minutes it comes back on. It’s happened multiple times this week
