Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam I tried the Internet connection in the test socket today and it worked at the normal speed. Bit when put into the main socket the speed drops again. I have replaced the micro filter. The phone connection cable is fine, the the problem must be the router.

Moved house this week and switched from Virgin to @SkyUK broadband. I had heard good things about their customer service and could get a quick installation. Despite telling them when we were moving in they tried to take over the line before which resulted in my order being failed
