Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@SkyUK Pity you can't sort out the sky q disconnection issues when useing a different broadband providers I was told be an advisor sky q was originally designed to work with sky routers thats why other provider routers have issues with sky q disconnecting all the time
