@SkyUK well You begged me to come back, had my sky puck delivered on Tuesday and had no TV since Friday morning because the acount and the puck can't see each other and your customer teams response "it could take 72 hours to resolve, use sky go" you'll get a refund for 3 days!!

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

@SkySports What other avenues are you exploring Marcus? Try things like, shutting down offshore accounts for Premier League footballers and players hiding behind overseas companies, etc. You might get more support than trying to sting the over-burdened working-class tax payer.

@SkyHelpTeam Cheers for response. Yep, did all of those and says there is an issue you need to book an engineer visit, but as I already have an SKY Q engineer visiting next week I just wondered if that counted, hence the question. Don’t want to get unnecessary visit arranged in these times.
