    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @SkyUK yet again we have no Internet! If it is not working it's slow, or, it fades in and out! What on earth am I paying for? Even when I phone Sky it takes hours to get through & the problem's never solved!
