@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyHelpTeam It says there is no line fault. The speed your equipment gives out is useless. My set up is the same as it always has been. It was even checked by an engineer when they last visited. I’ve complained about this for months, and I still get awful speeds.

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@SkyHelpTeam Have followed every possible link in these pages. Fixed nothing at all. Picture and sound still intermittently freeze. Internet speed is 32mbps, satellite signal is rated as good, all other connections are fine. Sky Q mini box has identical issues. Now what?
