@SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@SkyHelpTeam Cheers for response. Yep, did all of those and says there is an issue you need to book an engineer visit, but as I already have an SKY Q engineer visiting next week I just wondered if that counted, hence the question. Don’t want to get unnecessary visit arranged in these times.

.@SkyHelpTeam I got Sky Q about a week ago and it keeps randomly turning off. It then takes hours to get it back on. I have gone through the help pages and none of the solutions seem to work. Sky Q has been just plain awful.
