@SkyHelpTeam My mum tried calling a number and selecting the technical issue option but the automated voice said it couldn't help at this time. She's trying to activate the free Discovery+ on her Sky Q, but the website says "ineligible".

@SkyHelpTeam we had an engineer booked 8-1 today…no one has turned up and it’s now passed 1. Not a happy customer after numerous phone calls to even get this app booked in. No sky tv for nearly a week & shocking broadband signal for the last few weeks! Time for us to leave?? 😡

@SkyHelpTeam It’s honestly not good enough..trying to work from home with intermittent broadband is bad enough but the amount we pay a month for the tv and broadband package we are not receiving satisfactory service. We have been with sky for 17 years and never had so many problems!
