    @SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down since 6pm last night. Throughout the year, you probably owe us customers a couple of hundred pounds, if not more, for the amount of hours weโ€™re sitting without internet and having to use our data. When are you going to fix this? #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores itโ€™s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum recโ€™d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
