Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@shamus64 @SkyUK My Facebook is affected too .. but only with WiFi on … when I turn WiFi off and use mobile data ..then Facebook is fine .. so yes it’s sky internet…plus when I click on service status it does show outage in my area
