Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@SkyHelpTeam If it had just said “admin fee” I wouldn’t have questioned it, even though I’m not its biggest fan. My issue is that it says it’s for the hardware delivery! So that’s simply incorrect and I’d like it refunding.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already called. And whilst the customer service operator was lovely, there was nothing she could do. I’ll return the router tomorrow. It’ll be a completely unnecessary trip and I believe Sky should reflect upon their policies during a global pandemic. We’re also cancelling

So after yesterday's issues with @SkyHelpTeam via the telephone and the guy being incredibly unhelpful I have spoken to a lovely lady called Stephanie who has requested the call is listened to and the complaint is fed back to the manager of the person in question. 1/2
