@SkyUK have always had slow-ish wifi. However, I now cannot stream on my phone/send pictures/videos without disconnecting from wifi. TV Streaming on the TV is getting slower each day also. Is there anything that can be done?

@LanLano1 @SkySports I'm the same height & not sure there is a need for his elbow to be higher than his shoulder but as I said it was never a red card & was all about #VAR & #MikeDean making a poor decision

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, I am now being charged £80 a month for my bill!! Your advisor has told me either get rid of stuff or tough because I can’t cancel until November next year🙃🙃

Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkySports My only question would be is did Soucek's elbow need to be that high? Never a red though as Mitrovic makes a meal of it & #MikeDean had to watch it numerous times in slow-mo & super slow-mo when he saw it in clear view in real time & never showed red!! #MikeDeanBeingMikeDean

BB keeps dropping @SkyHelpTeam but the app is telling me there is no issue with my line....neighbour has had no service since 27/12 & has been told the main connection to the property is faulty....how can I actually speak to a human about it?

@OpenreachHelp absolutely shocking service! Moved in 1 September, BT said that installation of broadband would be in 2 weeks, didn't happen, had to do a new order, that didn't happen, guess what, third didn't happen. Enough of BT, went to @SkyHelpTeam who said will be installed

@SkyHelpTeam I have had no internet in SE11 all morning. Am working from home and this is a big problem. Colleagues are recommending I switch to BT, apparently they have great customer service. Can you do anything to persuade me otherwise

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe employ more people in your call centres and value customer service? Sky makes a ton of profit so can afford it. I'm tempted to leave before I've even joined. Maybe you don't want new customers if your attitude is "sorry, we're crap, you just have to be on hold for an hour"
