Help @MartinSLewis or anyone. I ordered phone from @skyUK but asked if it could be sent to another address other than one where my account is registered. No prob they said - but you have to do this through DPD on their App once order confirmed. DPD said no - only retailer can. 1.

@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

@SkyHelpTeam I've tested my speeds before as this happened multiples of times and I haven't put a claim in either. This time I'll look I to as its still doing it. It is completely cutting off and other in my town are having the same issues as well as nationally I've seen.

@SkyHelpTeam once again for the 100th time my broadband has gone down, been doing it all day on and off. I'm sick of it. Seriously thinking of changing provider after years of this! Not its not a problem with my area. From what I hear it all over the whole country!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks. I just moved & did check with Sky & speed offered was exactly as bt. I'm not criticising Sky just questioning broadband advertising in general. Have been Sky tv customer for years so considered the package but as already had bt acct I stuck with them. Thanks for help!

@magsLancashire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam They're an utter disgrace of a company. We've had constant problems with our TV & broadband for weeks & they just keep saying to call them - but no bugger ever answers. They only interested in new business. Once you're a customer they don't give two hoots.
