@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm running out of patience with Sky Glass. BBC1 currently unwatchable. ITV hub a permanent issue. Navigation to view the schedule is awful, unable to guess when subtitle option is available, every few days needs reset. Awful product and no sign of help/solution.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky glass pixelating heavily on several stations including BBC 1, Sky History, Sky Docs and Blaze among others. Unwatchable. Phoned customer services who did not have a clue what was going on. New to glass but very disappointed as my WiFi signal is excellent.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Stephanie. Check your forum for connection error 001. The app starts, checks for updates, then you get the screen with the error. In short, it doesn't work. Have tried uninstall/reinstall, firewall. Nothing. You should have been aware for a while. Disgrace.
