@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

Wondering if @SkyUK will stop doing satellite dishes and have underground connections like @virginmedia the reason why I ask because virgin media customer services and packages are disgraceful. In my new apartment, we can't have a satellite dish gutted! 😩
