    Funny how if you want to remove a package you have to ring @SkyUK and you can’t do it online. That’s creating a barrier for a customer when it could easily be done online.

    @SkyUK 2 hour wait on the phone to cancel down a subscription, but if you want to UPGRADE you can do it online, on the app or on your box. Why don't you make it easier for people out of contract to make changes at this difficult time, appalling customer service

    @SkyUK . Internet and phone line not working properly since installed on 9th December. 5 open reach engineers on 3 separate appointments to find the fault. No communications. Then you insult me by offering me £16 in compensation. This is poor Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam having trouble with my Sky Q box, the signal keeps dropping all the time and it freezes whatever channel I watch. I keep resetting the router box and on via the tv but it still continues to do it
