    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam My Parents have been unable to make or receive calls since December. My Mum contacted @SkyUK on 23rd December, then again on 2nd Jan, have had a visit then and they traced the issue back to Open Reach equipment. Still not sorted! What is going on??

    BB keeps dropping @SkyHelpTeam but the app is telling me there is no issue with my line....neighbour has had no service since 27/12 & has been told the main connection to the property is faulty....how can I actually speak to a human about it?

    @SkyUK wow! I complained to SKY. I’ve had 3 different people email me. The last one suggested I use my sky box to help. That’ll be the SKY box that wasn’t installed today? The incompetence and lack of care is astounding.

    Apparently cancelling a @SkyHelpTeam engineer because the problem fixed itself (or was fixed remotely) would have cost me £25. Bloody glad I didn't cancel. Engineer hooked me up with full @skysports rather than just @SkySportsF1 AND saved me £1 a month (18 month contract)

    @SkySports I mean he clearly just took him out, was never trying to play the ball, don't feel sorry for the other fella though, maybe don't go over to kick the ball away
