@SkyHelpTeam i got a new sky tv service in December as part of your refer a friend promotion. The person who referred me received his reward I think in February but no sign of mine. I understand you are only answering emergencies during covid times, but how long should I wait???

@SkyHelpTeam we have had no internet for over 8 hours and trying to find information on the problem impossible on your website it would be nice if someone would give updates my husband left his mobile number for text updates but nothing not impressed!
