    @SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys, just a quick one. I’m in the fastest broadband package for my area. Says j should be getting a minimum of 57 mbs download. It’s been running slow recently. I’ve just done a speed test, and I’m only getting about 22mbs. Any reason for this? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam There was an issue and it didn't even reach the dispatch stage. It had to be cancelled and re-ordered (which it has been). But the account that the refund will be going to, will be closed soon and I was just checking how long that may take. Within 45 days is grand, thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam wen I tried watching the F1 last wknd from my phone over the SkyGo app I was constantly thrown up an error code. I've a sky mobile phone account, is this a know issue? I was trying to watch over 4G.
