    @SkyUK really need to work out what VIP stands for in there so called Sky VIP area. I really don’t feel like a 13 year old customer that’s for sure. Terrible service. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    Sick. Payed £30 for Rotherham train tickets all for the game to be moved to the Sunday due to SkySports, paging £50 odd to get the train in the Sunday and now the game ain’t even happening. Shit **** virus, **** off

    @powell_mick @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Agree with this. Our previous Sky box gave us no problems whatsoever - worked perfectly for a good number of years. Then we went to a SkyQ box. Refuses to even turn on a lot of the time.

    When it won't let you change your packages online even though I'm out of minimum contract term and the website is terrific at providing no numbers to call to discuss renewing, great customer service there @SkyUK beyond frustrating
