For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, how many customers have been advised that their "residential" contracts do not cover issues for those that *have* to work from home? 3-5 days for @OpenreachHelp to resolve issue outside of my house that they won't bother picking it up until a Monday? @SkyUK
