    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to pause my Sky Sports since yesterday morning at 7am. I cannot get it to work online and you tell us not to call you. Meanwhile I’m still paying for a service we can’t use! I’m always stuck in a queue for your customer services

    @SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

    The broadband went kaput earlier, called Sky, said you're a VIP customer, we'll charge you £65 for an engineer to come in 5 days unless you spend more money as you're out of contract. And turns out they messed up the home phone too. Bye @SkyUK

    @jacquep @SkyHelpTeam My brother has Sky TV and broadband, it seemed like it had to be reset regularly. 1st year in my flat, Post Office broadband as the cheapest. Terrible service, dropped out daily, slowed to dial up speeds, constantly resetting laptop or printer. Zoom meetings a nightmare.

    Very poor service from @SkyUK ordered broadband on 14th April. Will be installed on 18th June. Over 2 months wait. And its never there fault #sky
