@SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

@skyuk currently in a queue to leave after a 20 years. Been eating an hour! Just can’t justify spending £100 a month on TV. Also, telling me I could break my BT contract almost cost me £500. Awful customer service.
