  • laney74_ Stewart Lane (@laney74_) reported from Gravesend, England

@SkyHelpTeam not happy that I paid £12.99 for the rise of skywalker on April 13 only for it to be available on sky movies 3 weeks later, I’ve been with sky for over 21 years and expect better treatment to a loyal customer

  • cluedokells Nina Dannielle Kells (@cluedokells) reported from Crayford, England

  • DannyFlexen Danny Flexen (@DannyFlexen) reported from Snodland, England

@PaulDav06482018 @SkySports @Tesco I understand others aren't providing a compromised service, but if they can afford to offer some respite to the most vulnerable during this unprecedented time, they could.

  • adamhollman Adam (@adamhollman) reported from Marden, England

I wonder if football players and clubs will realise that if they don’t reduce their wages and help club staff or those in need around them they’ll have no fans when it returns. @ChelseaFC @ManUtd @ManCity @LFC @SpursOfficial @LCFC @Arsenal @SkySportsPL @SkySports @BBCSport

  • AlexandraAnneMU Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported from Gillingham, England

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to pause my Sky Sports since yesterday morning at 7am. I cannot get it to work online and you tell us not to call you. Meanwhile I’m still paying for a service we can’t use! I’m always stuck in a queue for your customer services

  • kentishmaz Marie Chapman (@kentishmaz) reported from Maidstone, England

Bit sad that @SkyUK are putting prices up now and not just by a little bit, after 10 years with them. Along with the worry of not working for a few weeks 😳

  • bonzoRay Ray (@bonzoRay) reported from Cliffe and Cliffe Woods, England

@SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription, why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again, not a lot to ask in these troubled times, cheers

  • shade1964 pete (@shade1964) reported from Ditton, England

@SkySports will subscribers be getting a discount on the sports as you are not showing any at the moment it’s not going to go down well if you profit from this terrible situation after all we are paying you for a service which you are unable to provide

  • erskineandrew Andrew Erskine (@erskineandrew) reported from Sevenoaks, England

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

  • RichLines Richard Lines (@RichLines) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online, not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture, suspend payments for service not providing

  • Craigtharden Craig Harden (@Craigtharden) reported from Grays, England

If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

  • DomGFCBallard Dom 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DomGFCBallard) reported from Rochester, England

Sick. Payed £30 for Rotherham train tickets all for the game to be moved to the Sunday due to SkySports, paging £50 odd to get the train in the Sunday and now the game ain’t even happening. Shit **** virus, **** off

  • DrHilly DrHilly (@DrHilly) reported from Otford, England

Asking Kris Boyd if Morelos is fat 😂😂😂😂 comically poor coverage from @SkySports all day.

@SkyUK why is network so horrendous

  • DLWEFC Why me (@DLWEFC) reported

Thnk this alone will be the reason I cancel my @SkyUK subscription. Partisan opinions instead of news... No thanks. Thank you Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ S

  • S_Akhxxxx noneofyourbusiness_x (@S_Akhxxxx) reported

This **** wifi is making me want to break my phone wtf😭 @SkyUK h8 u

  • fents17 Stuart (@fents17) reported

@dinglouis_ @samwest1871 @TalkReading @SkySports Not if we have withdrawn the contract, if he turned us down to go somewhere else maybe but very much reduced compensation for us now.

  • KarlSage21 Karl Sage (@KarlSage21) reported

@SkySports Staggering the amount of people who support a Premier League club that show absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of clubs in EFL. League One and Two have a % of wage to turnover so don’t spend loads on wages. The gulf between Premier League and rest is worlds apart. Clubs need help

  • Sienc Huw Jenkins (@Sienc) reported

@SkySports When I read this I thought I'd done something stupid when I was drunk

  • al_b81 Al (@al_b81) reported

@Matt_S_1982 @Jimmy011087 @SkySports No I agree smaller clubs should be controlling there book’s better and the FA should be doing a lot more to help out. But i think it is terrible that premiership clubs will be getting millions in TV money and they won’t help to keep the lower leagues safe as a one off

  • SMK33138377 SMK (@SMK33138377) reported

@SkySports It wouldn't be a bad idea since the grass is not so greener on the other side

  • Matt_S_1982 Matt ♿️ (@Matt_S_1982) reported

@al_b81 @Jimmy011087 @SkySports No, I’m saying that if I make sure i have plenty of money to support my family but am still operating close to a red line and my neighbours and in need of financial help, I’m not going to start giving away money to them when ive a household to keep afloat.

  • wildman_paul Paul Wildman (@wildman_paul) reported

@SkySports Why wouldn't you, he is a fine player. I hate it when any world class player leaves the English league, and I don't support a team that ever has any of these talents.
