@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@SkyHelpTeam terrible speeds again, line test says all is fine and should be getting 60mbps. In reality I’m lucky to get above 6mbps. What’s the solution other than restating router or finding another service provider?
