    @SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have 2 issues at moment 1/ no signal to my mini box. 2/ do not want to get in the same situation with my sky glass order still not received the credit agreement to sign before Thursday

    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyUK internet coming and going. Twice I’ve rung to be fobbed off with engineer will sort. Was also promised booster voucher to buy from Tesco. Not received complete joke. I want a refund and problem sorted. I’m paying enough

    @SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my sky hub been playing up for a few days now so I just run a test and it told me there’s a problem and to ring number. When I ring number tells I have to be alligible but I’m not so not sure what to do

    Actually insane how times I've opened the skysports app praying/expecting to see a "BREAKING: Arne Slot sacked" story this season and not got one. What are the higher ups at #lfc playing at? Never seen a more obvious need/desire from fans to sack a manager yet they just wont act.

    wouldn’t it be nice if your sky box just connnected to your sky broadband and didn’t have to reboot or ring every few months to sort it out😡😡😡. never mind the fact calling gives me major anxiety but can’t get it sorted any other way, SO ANNOYED. @SkyHelpTeam

    @tntsports @SkySports Despite paying so much we still get the 3pm blackout. Just over a decade ago we could get pre-paid subscription card for a European satellite channel and watch all the games for a fraction of the cost. This was stopped. It's no wonder so many people have turned to streaming

    @SkySports your a ******* joke not showing the Lincoln game properly last season when it was Wrexham it was on about 10 channels with about 3 weeks build up but just because Lincoln don’t have Hollywood owners you don’t give a **** calling yourselves home of the EFL ******* *****

    @SkyUK diabolical customer service, apparently £20 compensation is acceptable for you supplying not 1 but 3 broken Sky Glass tvs. Taking time off work to wait for deliveries and constant phone calls to chase up call backs that you should be making and don’t bother.
