@SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

Another reason I can’t stand the U.S. team: @NBCSports I’ve been watching the broadcast through @peacock which is a PAID subscription and I’ve watched 2 golf shots in 10 minutes. Its awful. Can’t wait to be home after work so I can watch on @SkySports.
