For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@SkyHelpTeam We have everything with sky, and I’ve been pulling my hair out for weeks. The telly freezes constantly, the broadband freezes during home schooling and our phones lag. I’m apparently a platinum customer and have been running up and down the stairs resetting ever device for weeks!

@SkyHelpTeam I have run that test more time than I can remember. It all way says everything is ok. EXCEPT for the first time it said.We have detected a problem 1. Renew your contract. 2. Will will send an engineer for £65. Except there was no problem till my contract ran out . #strangethat
