    @SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet has been down since 6pm last night. Throughout the year, you probably owe us customers a couple of hundred pounds, if not more, for the amount of hours we’re sitting without internet and having to use our data. When are you going to fix this? #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

    @SkyHelpTeam yet again I have no Internet!! Its been intermittent all week on and off and continues to disrupt. I need access to the Internet I home educate my child. My eldest daughter's job is online. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is awful service.

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

    @OpenreachHelp Tried @SkyUK Absolutely hopeless. All automated. Can only book new engineer appointments. How can I find out what's going on with repair to my supply? Not been given any case number. Only a voicemail from yesterday's engineer stating problem found. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

    @SkySports Good attempt at positive spin from skysportsliverpooltv, however when city recieve the European money that the teams who made the later rounds haven't included in the figures yet, liverpool drop down, so lfc wait goes on. They have broken the PL record for worst run by champions!

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to cancel subscription. On the phone twice for 20 minutes plus as well as 20minutes on chat to be replied to and then told that they had an issue and to hold. Waited and had no response

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t fix my WiFi issues it just gives me tips. It says about changing channel but when you go into router settings it’s says we recommend you leave channel set to auto of which it is set to.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, absolutely no internet in OX5. Tried all the online tips. I already booked an engineer visit 4 days ago as service was intermittent and no date has been assigned for that visit (going to the interchange not in our house). Any update on if it's a wider issue?
