Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky
