Appalling customer service. Not had access to Sky HD channels for months now. No resolution in sight as can't get to speak to anyone.

Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

Calling the incident inconclusive solely because the chip didn’t react ignores what the footage appears to show.
