@GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

@SkyUK absoloutly disgusting service. Previous customer explained all i needed was to be reconnected. My phone line is a mess wires hanging out my wall with a socket half broken no broadband no phone and no TV AN JUST BEEN LEFT WTF!

@SkyHelpTeam OK. Maybe to help you all they could give you access to both a local & national outage database so you just search an area & it informs you of issues & whether an engineer has been assigned. That update on the pic was only recent and not there when I raised the query. Thanks.
