My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).
