@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I get a picture, no sound. Connected with hdmi 2.1 cable. Tried all ports. Player works with other TVs. Seems feedback on the web says that glass is not compatible with some old blueray players. Advice is to buy a new blueray player as sky won't/can't fix it. Hey ho.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, I’ve spoken to them when they delivered. They’ve had no problems at all. I’m just confused as to why it works on mobile data but the Wi-Fi. Could it be my new iPhone 13 causing the problem? It’s the same when I use another iPhone 13 too.
