    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkyUK dreadful service from you. Ordered a home move from you on the 19th Dec, booked to come out on the 17th Jan, turns up & says it’s a two man job and will have to be rebooked, we now have to wait till 30th Jan. No TV and yet we still have to pay!

    @SkyHelpTeam pretty sure I’m not the first to ask this - what the deal with the fixed subtitles size/position on the Sky Q Netflix app? It’s literally over the top of the actors! No issue with Disney/Amazon apps, can change size, position and even the font!!!
