@SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

@SkyUK after 21 years as a customer TV and broadband asked this evening if there are any deals going as we are out of contract on the 10th Jan only to be told no and the new cost would be £37 a month.... Great customer service off to a new broadband provider now.
