@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

@SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

@RicardoHCAFC @andytlee_2 @SkyHelpTeam I did read a year or so ago that Sky were moving away from Satellite to streaming content, which would be great for me cos I have Lightstream, I think they have big problems in cities with big buildings and flats so online is better
