@SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

Friends of twitter, who is your broadband provider and why is it good? UK only, please. I am currently with @SkyUK and I am far from impressed. My wife can't download a new episode on the SkyQ box without the whole of the connection going slow. :(
