@SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

@SkyHelpTeam none of my sky q mini boxes are working. Main box is working fine and is all connected to the internet as it should be. All 3 mini boxes are all ticked and connected but saying no satellite signal. I’ve tried rebooting and all other options but been like it all day
