    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    Honestly @SkyHelpTeam your call handlers are a joke. I can as only hold for 20 mins until someone answered then they couldn’t help so they passed me onto someone else who just put me on hold until 9pm so they didn’t have to help as the call just ended

    @SkyHelpTeam I work from home and have zero mobile data signal so rely heavily on wifi. If we have an emergency, we're screwed and I'm sure there's others in our shoes. It's not good enough, what has happened? We paying customers deserve an explanation.

    @SkyHelpTeam @andykinsey Then all you say is "We're working on it, please don't call us" and "we usually sort it within a couple of days". This isn't acceptable, we should be given full updates of what is happening, estimated time to fix the issue and details of compensation.
