    @SkyHelpTeam hi is it possible to order a sky WiFi booster I currently have sky q multi room but in my extension I don’t have any equipment so WiFi signal not so strong so would like to boost it

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @SkyUK Worst service I have ever experienced! Engineer unable to install Sky Q box - this is now the 2nd visit! Why send someone out that can’t install Sky Q , Ordered this service in MARCH!!!!!! Now nearly OCTOBER and still not resolved!!! #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam need to speak to someone about cancelling our contract as we are moving out our house at the end of the month. Won’t let me email you, expert chat is closed and when I called it says the wait time is 45minutes. Need to cancel ASAP to meet the 31days notice.

    @SkyHelpTeam our internet was painfully slow for most of yesterday and has barely worked at all today. Tried resetting the router a few times which usually does the trick but not today.

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    Any reported issues @SkyHelpTeam Very poor signal to the point of no live Tv at the moment on pretty much all channels I appreciate it is a little windy outside but that doesn’t usually cause issues. No issues with my satellite dish, cannot see any issues my end? 🤔😕

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband speed is shocking. What’s happening? Yes, I’ve rebooted the router and stuff. I’ve tested the WiFi transfer speed. The issue is my internet, despite your online diagnostics saying it’s ‘good’.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky Q customer with multiroom and I am looking to purchase the Tyson Fury fight on BT box office. My question is that if I purchase this using my sky remote, will I be able to watch this on any of my mini boxes or just on the main Sky Q box?

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems that it is not possible to set a HD recording from the Sky Go app when out and about, it will only record the SD version regardless of which version I choose on the EPG. However, it works no problem when connected to my home WIFI. Why should this be?
