    @SkyHelpTeam Well it’s not the TV it’s either the Q box or the satellite which are both supplied by sky, therefore I don’t see why I should have to pay when the service I’m already paying for cannot be viewed. Anyway we will see

    @SkyHelpTeam When you download the app it tries to start but the screen just goes black. Only way out is to turn the system off again. Downloaded the app a few times and it happens every time. Tried on different TVs too. I think there is an issue with the app on the PlayStation store
