@SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

@SkyHelpTeam I don't contact you often but we have been putting up with a terrible internet service for over a year now and ive been with sky over 21 years. I'm quite easy going but this is beyond the joke.

@OpenreachHelp Tried @SkyUK Absolutely hopeless. All automated. Can only book new engineer appointments. How can I find out what's going on with repair to my supply? Not been given any case number. Only a voicemail from yesterday's engineer stating problem found. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam to continue. My daughter is losing her income because the Internet is so terrible. So far today, it's gone off 6 times at 5 to 10 minutes a time. This is rubbish!! It happens daily and probably will be about 30 times by tonight!

@SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

@skysports I read Dermot Gallaghers #refwatch report re the Martinelli red. The first incident occurred prior to the ball being in play and the player tried but failed to stop a quick throw in. If he had succeeded then it should be a card but an advantage remained so no yellow

@SkyHelpTeam as usual my Internet is not working. This has been going off 2 to 4 times a day since the big issue in September. No, it's not my broadband, its affecting loads of people across the country. It's a disgusting service considering I've been a customer for over 22 yrs

@SkyHelpTeam I need my Internet connection as I home educate and have done this for 5years but my connection is so intermittent or goes off for hours. My adult daughter works from home tutoring students and again she ends up losing money because of out broadband service from Sky

@SkyHelpTeam yet again I have no Internet!! Its been intermittent all week on and off and continues to disrupt. I need access to the Internet I home educate my child. My eldest daughter's job is online. I've been a customer for over 20 years and this is awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband is off and on here in East Lancashire (more off than on) I've got a kid trying to do uni work that's due. The sky page to test broadband just gets a 404. Down Detector says there's been 2000 issues logged in the last hour. Can we please have some kind of acknowledgement
