Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

@SkyUK It’s ridiculous, I have an issue with my hub I cannot speak to a person I’ve gone through all the tests online and the link and that’s it brick wall up,as soon as I can leave sky I will do!

@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam I've run repeated tests and spoke with your team early this morning. The tests fail (which is why I called) and I'm told it's "in the area" - just could do with an idea as to when this is going to be fixed as it's been up and down for over a week and now just non-existent.

@FionaSnp @SkyUK That is the only available technique, no option to verify by another way! If you get it wrong it takes you back to the sign in page and they'll probably have a limit on the number of attempts!

@SkyHelpTeam and why do you charge for Wi-Fi calling when we’re using our own Wi-Fi or free Wi-Fi outdoors eg restaurants cafes etc that provide free Wi-Fi if signal is poor when moving around the city? Still feels like paying twice?
