    @SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

    Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

    Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

Yous are in a relegation scrap yes, can get lucky with a few results but nearly half way through the season now and yous are in an alright place

    @jacobdyer96 @SkySports My concern is..why is the ref trigger happy to dish out reds when the team isnt Man utd? Also in the same Arsenal united game ..Arsenal were denied a blatant penalty and VAR only took few seconds to review the incident and said no penalty? To save the ref from embarrassment?
