@SkyUK please review the case with my name on it. Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Very poor!

@rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

@mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

.@SkyHelpTeam not sure if you can help with this one See the light offering 4 months free BB, line and sky TV, but the tv is a separate contract. BB and line cancelable within 4 months at no charge, is the tv the same or is that an 18 month contract with no ability to cancel?

@SkyHelpTeam are a complete shambles. Book a home move well in advance. They then wait until the day after we’ve moved in to tell us there’s a problem. Instead of calling they send a text asking you to call them and then your 40 minutes in a Q without answer!!!
