@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried to download Manifest on my tablet but it's telling me I've reached the maximum limit for downloads - I haven't downloaded it anywhere..... not even on my TV and when I did I've deleted it! Help!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

@SkyHelpTeam The biggest problem is our broadband has been running really slowly for several days. I cannot check our speed on Sky login as you are told to do as it says I don’t have a broadband account! I cannot manage my account on line as there are 2 accounts in my name. One is obsolete
