    @SkyHelpTeam way to go! Gone from the best to the worst in the space of a month! I’ve been with you for 15 years but can’t even get through to cancel! Supposed to do it online nothing works absolute joke!

    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam When it is windy I cannot view my TV. I need to talk to someone from Sky about this because if it cannot be rectified I might as well cancel my contract

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

    @SkyUK I have emailed you to complain of your poor service and unable to resolve my broadband issue that appears to be related to the router and I didn’t have this issue when I was with @bt_uk At least @bt_uk gave me the option to speak to a manager! #BadCustomerService

    @btsport monthly costs gone up by 50% so had to cancel monthly plan. @SkySports all the way now

    @SkyHelpTeam Wife has now had to use up almost of her mobile data as she had no choice other than to do some work from home. No service all day is not on, not acceptable. We will require compensation for your failure to supply us the service we pay you at SKY for. How do we claim this please
