Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

@SkyHelpTeam First visit the engineer said something about the Pole outside for phone line.then disappears , never heard back and no context from Sky.. emailed and tried to speak to someone . Failed . Not once was I contacted by Sky. Called a moment ago and been told that tomorrow is now off

@SkyHelpTeam So that’s two days I have taken off work, like I said missing out on hundreds of pounds . My issue is the lack of contact from Sky, no one helping me , having to find everything out myself . So so frustrating . Can I be compensated for two days off for nothing?? Doubt it
