    @SkyUK so the latest appointment for customer services and an appointment to “swap a mini box” is a whole month...I pay OVER £120 a month and have done for a decade and this is the BEST sky can do....seriously this is pathetic

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

    @SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

    @SkyHelpTeam Down again and been out for 5 hours and counting and you still have the cheek to charge £100 to get out of a contract when you can’t supply what your state and when you do it’s 1/4 as good as I was told it would definitely be! Absolute con artists!
