    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky Mobile for years and have never had issue. The one thing that does annoy is if you go on holiday, in many countries including Europe, you have to purchase a daily roaming pass once you exceed 10mb of data @ £2. Other providers include data at no extra cost.

    @SkyHelpTeam have had intermittent issues with home broadband wifi signal. Every time I’ve tried to get assistance I am just lead to your homepage with an online FAQ, which doesn’t help diagnose or resolve the issue. I would like to speak to a technician. Please advise.
