These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.
