@virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help, I am unable to connect to the internet. Fibre to the property connection. Lottle white box in the wall is all green lights but router only has a green light for wifi and power. The “internet” light is blank. Have reset all devices several times.
