@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes everything on the catch up section, I’ve tried catch up channel 4, skycrime & trending this week & still getting that message. This is on the catch up section NOT the box sets, but happens on every tv series I’ve tried to download, I’m not happy as a new customer.

@Lee82Sutton @SkySports Well they would still have to give money to the Prem for them. This was a decision by Prem teams to try recoup some money for no fans not hard to see that, it was why they never had pundits on there. There hands were tied. Also all the pundits on Sky complained all the time.

Can I just say @SkyHelpTeam are no Hero’s in all this, there gouge us for cash all the same. We have just gone through a pandemic, people losing jobs and there tried to put my subscription up my £28 a month, so unfortunately I’ve had to cancel sport as can’t afford anymore

@AmazonHelp hi we are having issues where our alexa devices are dropping out internet connection and its driving us mad, @SkyHelpTeam did a test on my line and all was fine they think it's down to the alexa devices how do I fix this?
