@SkyHelpTeam was supposed to have our broadband and sky talk activated yesterday. Engineer didn’t show up. Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@LaursD1 @SkyHelpTeam If anyone has issues with invalid numbers coming up when trying to make phone calls via Sky mobile. Turn off your phone properly for at least 30 seconds and then turn it back on again (a mere restart doesn't seem to work) It should then work after a full turn off.

@blythbelle @SkyHelpTeam I only realised it was EEs network when I couldn’t ring my mum, sister in law and mother in law but could ring my son and brother who both use o2 and could call other sky mobile users which is also o2s network. All seems to be back up and running now after 7 hours for me 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam I had the worse day yesterday as I couldn't make any calls to my daughter or my husband. Absolutely shambles! I even lost work as I'm self employed and I'm stuck with sky til next year. We should have the right to terminate the contract with no fees. I want a response asap

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband in my area is completely down with no notice. Openreach were outside my house at 9pm doing work. Again no notice of works. I work nights and if someone thought this can go unnoticed without notice please reconsider and update everyone as necessary.
