Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!
