    The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

    Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi (I’m on Sky Q) you have a list of must see movies, Gone Girl is one, but it has no subtitles. It’s a fairly old film so is there a reason why it wouldn’t have them? Really tricky to watch if you have a hearing problem!
