    @SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @hayley_emma1 @bt_uk @SkyUK Interesting that @bt_uk responded quicker than @SkyUK AND they got your name right. Now, if only BT could actually be better at actually getting your phone line working you’d be a happy customer and wouldn’t have to take another half day off work. Fingers crossed H.

    @SkyHelpTeam That makes sense as the hub was replaced due to going fibre optic. What got me worried is that name SKY74039 is the old hub. I traced the signal to a @LBofBexley lamp post.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve lost broadband connectivity. I’m in the IG6 area. Is there a known issue. The ‘check connection’ options on the router all report that connectivity is normal which is completely misleading

    Any intentions on fixing your broadband before new year @SkyHelpTeam ? Because it's been shocking since 5pm and we've gotten no new information in 3 and a half hours. How come I can tell you the problem is the dns right now, but we have to work that out ourselves? #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Its funny. I live at my gf house atm for the past 4 months in the uk and had soooo many problems and bullshit with sky. I live i holland use ziggo and have a problem once a year. This **** is pathetic and sky should get sued for this.
