    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @SkyUK how can justify a premium phone line for cancelling your subscription with at least a 15 mins for a customer of nearly 20 years and you still can't call back or do it online.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there I need to speak to somebody about my broadband router/speed. Im on the superfast package where I actively would normally get 60mb down and 10 up but currently I'm getting 13mb down and 6mb up and the router config also states thats the current max it can get
