I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer.
