This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

@SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

@SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

@SkyHelpTeam For some reason last month you didn't take payment (money was there), I then found the card details had been removed (didn't happen our end) So I paid the outstanding £33. I'm now getting threats of debt collection for £5.. Disgraceful. Been a customer for years.
