Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable
