@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@dresserman @SkyHelpTeam I had so many issues with the mesh internet set up. Had to upgrade my BT internet and in the end Sky installed a signal booster and hard wired the units. Wouldn’t work otherwise.
