When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

@SkyHelpTeam Heres hoping you actually do help! Seeing as my broadband speed has dropped significantly below the minimum guaranteed speed for the 5th time in less that 12 months. The last engineer who came out recommended you change my router, still waiting 😡😡😡
