@SkyUK please review the case with my name on it. Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Very poor!

The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

@SkyHelpTeam My internet has been messed up for about 24 hours. It's extremely slow and not loading pages half the time. I did the online check which says it's fine but it's not, I've had to hotspot off my phone all day to work!
