@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

Just a quick Tuesday morning PSA to let you know that @SkyUK have been charging me £2.50 a month for NOT having sky TV (can’t afford that kind of luxury) for the past I don’t know long. Never heard of such a stupid charge... good one sky 👌

@acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

@SkyHelpTeam called to negotiate better deal out of contract but it’s £20 more for same thing, no loyalty bonus so decided to cancel. Why did your CS rep say ‘if you can’t afford it then maybe you best leave’? Can’t afford it! Don’t want to be ripped off. Do you train your staff?
