@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - I’m hoping this is known by you given the amount of complaints I’ve seen. ITV Hub on the Sky Glass just continuously shows a black screen and has done for weeks now. When will this be fixed? Not good for a “stream” service of Sky Glass.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told on the phone there doesn’t seem to be an issue, yet there has been an outrage around our area with many people effected - assuming a Bt Outreach issue but very odd Sky didn’t think there was a problem.
