    @SkyHelpTeam I have just received notification of my next bill since changing my package and it is a lot more than I was advised it would be during the call. Also the future bill amounts are more than advised. Please contact me to sort or else just cancel my whole subscription.

    Footballers to be asked to take pay cuts is utterly ridiculous, why do football clubs treat them so differently to normal employees of any business. Put money on it that they didn’t ask their other staff to take a cut! Furlough them like everyone else #bbcsport #skysports

    @SkyUK I appreciate there are plenty of more serious issues afoot, but attempting to remove an expensive package from my subscription is impossible if you insist I have to call. When I do you advise you can’t take my call. Blatant attempt to trap customers ... pls resolve

    Imposible to contact #sky on any form, not even putting us on waiting list. They only respond on twitter to say "call by phone", which is impossible mission. in two days we will loose our internet connection because of @SkyUK poor customer service. We need a solution!

    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

    @skyuk To be fair I have found a solution now, connected a screen mirroring adaptor to the Glass screen, connect your laptop then use Sky Go, the user interface is much better and the software works!!! Just shows what an utter fail your Sky Glass product is….

    @SkyHelpTeam my VIP rewards etc have vanished from my account for the 5th time since October 26th when my Glass was put in!! Not acceptable. Want it sorted, & not holding for 49mins for someone on the phone. Can you help ?
