    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkyHelpTeam Equals. I complained. Via to me complainIng I clOsed all accounts down And spoke to Sky And said I'm not happy I got to pay only for the sim for a few months then Back to normal price there no reduce nothing still not happY My name is mr fabio. Freemantle

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    Between @ESPNFC & @SkySports pundits . I've heard Martinez is too short but has a great jump but can't jump. His distribution is poor but his left foot is sweet when he distributes . Miss times tackles but he only tackles well . Wtf give the guy some respect

    I have to say I hate @skysports coverage of football these days. If there was any other way of watching the PL I'd cancel my subscription. Giving people like the talentless Mike Dean and Gary Neville a platform to spout drivel is just too much.

    Oh my word can @SkySports get someone else on Ref Watch rather than ifs buts and maybe Dermot! Anyone with half a brain would tell you Gabriel should have been sent off for the Woolwich!     @NannyVeg @SkySportsPL @SkySports I always mute sky sports commentary, put a music channel on the radio instead, the bias has been shocking for years. My wife pays the subscription, and does like me calling their bias whenever she contacts them. It's smith and carragher who are the worst...she won't cancel ..
