    I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got a sky subscription via Seethelight. Unfortunately, my Sky box could not be installed due to COVID restrictions. I downloaded SkyGo App and sign in with my Skyid but when I click on a channel, I am told to subscribe
