I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

@SkyHelpTeam I use the ofcomm test it doesn’t lie. Yes I have a guarantee minimum line speed with you and that is well below. I was promised this new router and contract upgrade would solve my issues. I work from home and I can’t have this keep happening.

@JamboHorler @SkyHelpTeam Same issue. Needed to unblock a site for my kid this morning and the sky buddy app just hangs. Tried restarting router etc. Reinstalled the app, on my one phone, now it's even worse, can't log in at all 😠
