    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @markandcharlie @SkyUK Really? That thought never crossed my mind. In the video, the ( i don't have it but will try to find) cyclist rides against the direction of the cycle lane, jumps the red light and has to stop as the car almost hits him 🤔 must not .red light.🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam my router had decided to keep disconnecting devices from wifi. This has started happening in last 12 hours. B68. Followed steps happy to call out an engineer, seems it’s your end. price is going up but service is dropping, looking to move away if the price goes up!

    @SkyHelpTeam waiting on an order and I’ve heard no more about it. Supposedly if an order is made before 3pm on Sunday I can expect to receive it next day but I’ve never received any contact off of the courier
