    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got one response that didn’t answer the question and then nothing else. Sadly I will have to call tomorrow and block up the lines that should be for key workers. It will be to cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried that already, multiple times. Hence why I got to the end and was told to call you. To confirm there are no local issues, it's just my connection according to the tests on the link.

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have to call & wait again. I don’t understand why your guy couldn’t ring the bell. I don’t understand why social distancing has been used as excuse. first world problems I know, but I have 3 small children to entertain/educate and sky tv would help. I’m sure I am still paying

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help we just moved into a new property yesterday however only sky tv was installed the broadband engineer didn’t turn up having spoken on the phone to someone they have said earliest an engineer can come is 9/07 this is unacceptable 1/2
