@SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

Also, if people have actual issues with the abuse of black players being discussed, then therein lies the problem. Using a platform as big as @SkySports and @SkySportsNews to discuss it makes sense. It's just that the question asked was a ridiculous one, to trigger this response.

@SkyHelpTeam There's no point in another Sky engineer coming out as everything is the same as the past two times they did. It's all on Openreach, and they're just not interested in fixing the network for any of us on our estate.
