    @SkyHelpTeam @Jimmy74923391 London in general I agree with, I’m Morden and it’s been severely cutting and I upgraded to superfast a few months ago! All trouble shooting tried. Sky needs to now investigate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam No problem, my contract finishes on 14.05.22. It started at a fixed rate for two years of £55-month Broadband landline and TV. Today it's £76. I have had an offer for double the B/Band and telephone for £144 a year cheaper. Sorry, been with you a long time. But rising prices.

    @SkyHelpTeam my elderly fathers broadband keeps dropping out tried resetting the box ect but it's awful hes totally reliant on it for contact with family and his finances ... What's wrong why is this happening it's every 5 mins all day long

    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet is still down. Have reported this to Sky Help Team but now told I need to talk to Sky Broadband team. Have raised the issue with @OpenreachHelp. When is someone going to take some responsibility?
