-
Lesley (@Violet_Guitar_) reported from Lambeth, England
@SkyUK This is not helpful. The outage periods are increasing and your phone lines (like all other times) are going unanswered. More than ever, people require contact with the outside world - sort it out!
-
Ali Abedi (@sahabedi) reported from Merton, England
@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

Gary Russell (@gjrrox) reported from Bromley, England
@ashby44 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I believe you can mate & of cause I will look into it , once again tho it’s the customer doing the heavy lifting. I don’t mind sky using my money for other services e.g movies.

@SkyUK I do appreciate you coming back to me but the problem lies with you, not my connection. You are not providing broadband services.
-
John Porritt (@porridge77) reported from London, England
@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.
-
Lesley (@Violet_Guitar_) reported from Lambeth, England
@SkyUK Yes, the signal has gone again. My neighbours are experiencing the same so it’s not specific to me.
-
Matt Angelo (@matt_angelo_84) reported from Bromley, England

🧑🏿🦼Ash Patel🧑🏿🦼 (@Ashishpatel1972) reported from Croydon, England
@harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.
-
Brian Williams (@SmashBri) reported from Croydon, England
@ChrisMcHardy19 @SkySports @skytv Fill in the Customer Complaints Form on their website. Will at least show you’ve tried cancelling and they’ll have a note of it.
-
𝕆𝕞𝕒𝕣 (@BeingOmarFaruk) reported from East Ham, England

-
It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England
After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.
-
Daniel Fellows (@danfellows) reported from Camberwell, England
Hey @Ofcom can you please look into the legalities of @btsport still charging anxious customers for a premium service that hasn't existed for 3 weeks due to #COVIDー19 (non-ones fault) @Skysports already voluntarily pausing subscriptions #BT #customersuccess

Robbo (@sjr66qpr) reported from Richmond, England

hi @SkyHelpTeam everyday we keep losing broadband signal all we get are two lights on our router its getting really annoying now and our contract ends soon i have no reason to stay been a customer 20+ years but this broadband connection is terrible.
-
Dazrobbrown (@dazrobbrown) reported
@SkyUK broadband down for hours, no phone line. Sister in law also in M24 got the same problems, yet your website says no problems.
-
Carl Thomas (@CarlTSpeak) reported
@alexbloor @SkyUK I entirely disagree. Can't advertise 'up to' and can't take account of all possible scenarios, would end up with several paragraphs of caveats. Can only advertise to the edge of own network and as far as I know no advertising in UK has been otherwise.
-
Netrocyn 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@howardstaveley) reported
@SkySports Am I the only one seeing things this way? Merc have won the development race since Brazil. Nothing Max can do. He tries to at least make it interesting but it seems everyone would prefer he just let's Lewis past. Hardly going to help Lewis' 'its the car' reputation is it?
-
𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 ᶦˢ ˢᵗᶦˡˡ ᵘⁿᶜᵒⁿᵛᶦⁿᶜᵉᵈ ᵇʸ ᵇˡᵒᶜᵏᶜʰᵃᶦⁿ (@alexbloor) reported
@CarlTSpeak @SkyUK And where is this talk of 'to edge of network' coming from. That isn't what the advert says. It simply and succinctly says "500mbps average download speed". Which is something that most home users would read a certain obvious meaning into. A meaning that is wrong.
-
Chris Wright™ 💉💉😷 (@_DaveRandom) reported
@alexbloor @SkyUK I feel like I am in the minority by virtue of holding the opinion that we should use our vast copper network instead of trying to pull fibre to every property in the country :-/
-
jjams67 (@jlund76) reported
@SkySports Verstappen is a DANGER and a liability on the track he could kill someone unless FIA discipline him he will never learn and now thinks it's legitimate to run competitors off the road and brake test in the middle of the track you don't stay in that position if really moving over.
-
David Hubble (@DavidHub33) reported
@SkySports If Max truly wanted Lewis to pass him, why slow down right in the middle of the track plus the weaving.
-
Matthill82 (@Matthill821) reported
@Nikolaiwilliam9 @BaggiesR @SkySports Woodrow isn't a bad shout as he would be a cheaper option than Gayle but not as prolific
