Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.
