  @SkyHelpTeam We stopped the uhd download and down loaded in hd, ( which still appeared slow, bug with less data to move was ok ) My non-sky broadband download speed was measuring over 350 Mbs at the time.

  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

  @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

  @SkyHelpTeam Lincolnshire outage affected are being told it has to be treated as individual incidents despite it clearly not being. This is people's loves and businesses affected! You claimed it was resolved and it clearly isn't. What's being done because we can't wait until 17th

  @SkyHelpTeam our broadband has been down all morning as has other in our area that have sky, no explanation or reason, making us book engineers I know we don't need. Please get it sorted.
