Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told to reset my router as I complained my picture was not great the colours were dull on it. The problem being is there are so many issues. It continually freezes on the tv and the puck. It’s meant to turn on when you come in a room but doesn’t even though it’s set to.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes Michelle I want to make a complaint about sky glass tv and the terrible experience and device I’ve had with it. I want to then return it and want my sky Q turned back on. I’ve phoned 4 times about this in 2 weeks and I don’t think I’ve phoned you 4 times previously in 20 year

@alastairjgilroy @SkyHelpTeam Had exactly the same issue with Sky. After hours of calls to support they refused to admit it was an issue their end so I left in my cooling off period, moving to Plusnet. The instant the line was switched over to Plusnet all devices could again connect to Netflix.
