    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    Hey @SkySportsPL @SkySports on the Sky Sports PL channel, there seems to be two sets of audio commentary at the same time...like we can hear another channel or broadcaster’s commentary as well as yours...please fix this it’s so annoying! #WOLARS #Wolves #Arsenal

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    @jangirl21 @HKane Because @premierleague are very biased towards them. Look at last night we had no pundit as guest while @ManUtd had @Evra & Roy Keane in studio with @KellyCates & @GNev2 as co comentator. Not a single ex @SpursOfficial player in studio. Poor from @SkySports as a spurs fan.

    @skyuk my wife is a key worker yet we have not been able to use our broadband for days as it keeps going down. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    @SkySports The best way to sort this problem out and others ,is to start issuing yellow cards for feining injury ,it's the same when players surround the ref ,swear at the ref get the card out only person who talks to the ref is the captain

    First 24 hours with Sky Glass hasn’t gone well. The UI is clunky and slow, and the pucks even slower. First downside we no longer have access to NOWTV (old TV had app) we watch Sky movies thru Now as it’s cheaper. Let’s see what the next 24 hours is like @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    Thank you so much @SkySports for buying the rights to the Bundesliga in the UK and then shoving a lot of it onto your app (which can’t work when there are internet issues) while you show the same EFL game on 2 different channels. Why did you even bother getting the rights?

    @SkyHelpTeam having constant loss of internet last few days. Sometimes lasting 10 mins. Sometimes longer. Currently lost internet at 926am. WiFi and network inside house is fine. It’s all internet you supply. Any idea why?!
