    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jillian. I knew it wasn't instant chat, just as I knew phoning isn't. But come on, over two hours qualifies as a 'took longer than you would like' type of response??!! It's shockingly bad and designed to make people give up and not cancel. But I'm cancelling. Everything.

    @SkySports @Carra23 Didn’t half talk some **** last night. Man Utd are a mess. Even if we’re run brilliantly for the next 3 years. City and Liverpool are relentless and would still be 3 years shy of us. It would be a minor miracle for any manager to get us back on top.

    Hi @SkyUK @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam I spent 20 min on the phone w/ customer support who couldn't help me b/c you never updated my address info. I've been w/ Sky 14 years & 9 years at this address. I gave my acct and Sky card no., but he said it doesn't match address. RSVP
