    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyHelpTeam so almost a week after joining Sky and we still aren’t being provided the service we are paying for! And to be told this is a known issue. So why when I speak to everyone else that has sky, they aren’t having issues?!!

    @SkyUK @SkyUK a lot of people have been left in the cold regarding sky glass pre order, at no point until today did you ever mention that diamond and platinum would be given priority over others, I was excited for today but this has left a very bad taste!!! Poor show sky !
