Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyHelpTeam Are there issues with broadband in M41 area? I’ve checked my connection as much as I can but I don’t know the Sky ID logon details to check further, it’s in my partners name and he’s at work. I’m working from home but don’t have any wifi which is really inconvenient.
