    SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have emailed the complaints department again, however the response time is shocking. Noone at sky complaints seem to care about their customers especially ones that have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. No wonder so many are leaving sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Connection seems to be ok now, I spoke to someone in Customer Services who said there wasn’t an issue but my local FB group page has a lot of people raising the same issue so clearly there was an outage!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Neither it says it can’t find my hub. The issue is in Chelmsford as arsonists set fire to a main box and 3000 people are without internet. Just wanted to log the fault seeing as Sky says there is no problems in my area and it’s been down since 2.25am yesterday morning

    @IanCrocker1 Thing is, If you really don't think your displaying any bias or deliberately targeting Morelos then you should at least listen to your audience because they think you do. Unless of course, you don't care about viewing figures? Doubling down isn't a good look either. @SkySports
