@SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

Excellent work from @SkyUK Rang to cancel last month, they persuade me to do a home move (with promise of a new box) We move, technician gives me an almost decade old box with no WiFi built in. Ring to cancel again, promise a Sky Q box. No one completes the order, or rings me.✅

@AshWells17 @SkySports The problem isn't necessarily how much money is being spent. Rather where it is being spent. The point he is trying to make is that the club is spending its own money, not its owner's money, and therefore they aren't good owners because they are spending a lot of money.
