    SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

    Spent 50 mins on the phone to sort out a technical issue. Spoke to three people who couldn't help me and tried to sell me an upgrade! Pathetic service. You guys have lost a loyal customer for over 10 years! @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I'm still having issues with the boxsets on sotnature it plays but constantly has the press the red button to upgrade your package and watch at the top of the screen, I've tried turning my box off, if I go on sky go it's not an issue so I'm a bit confused 🙃
