@SkyHelpTeam Can I actually have a contact number to actually speak to someone? This is a joke, pay for a service and don’t receive it. You’ll be quick enough to charge if I cancelled but you don’t turn up and I get a poor reply

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

@SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

@TheDogFix @SkyUK It's like sending an ambulance when you house is on fire ! Send the correct resource first time round and listen to your customer, aren't we supposed to right , even if we aren't???? To big to be bothered with the odd customer whining. Only other provider is Virgin. No way 😒
