    @SkyUK I have just terminated our Sky tv contract after approx 28 years because of technical issues with Sky Q and SkyGo apps and the failure of your support team to resolve the issues and because you’ve been overcharging is for 2 years.#skytv #noloyalty

    Can’t believe how @SkyHelpTeam have treated me in the last few weeks.i have been a longtime good customer and this week I explained that I payed my monthly fee they say it got lost in the system I sent prove and after paying 140 quid they’d cut me off #discusing going elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @skipaiotter As soon as Comcast took over sky it was clear quality was bottom of the list. You should see the excuses @SkyHelpTeam give for the poor quality. It's laughable. Comcast have shown in the USA they don't give a hoot about quality. Sadly low bit rates and poor quality is staying.

    These @SkyUK employees act like celebrities. So reluctant to come fix a broadband that’s not running. I dunno why #Virgin doesn’t service my area? They come & set it up for you. Here, the technician is already late but apparently is in the area. Let’s see if he ends up turning up

We’re a badly run club with poor quality recruiting in all areas.Iv liked what Iv seen the last few months.Rangnik staying,Woodward,judge and scouts out. But the others are so far ahead.
