@kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

@skyhelpteam no internet in folkestone kent since around 2am on 14/09/2021 & no sign of it returning any time soon. nothing works to fix it. spending money i can't afford on mobile data allowance to get online for essential communications. absolutely fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam Any advice for lag spikes with your broadband? Recently changed from your old router to the current one with FTTP and now every 30seconds or so, my ping jumps from 4-6ms to 400ms. It makes playing online games a bad time. WiFi connection but very close to router.
