Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

After repeated failed attempts to contact @SkyUK I finally managed to get in touch with someone who told me my Sky Broadband had been very unstable for the last 2 weeks, which I could have told them. Engineer now booked for Tuesday... @SkyHelpTeam
