Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyUK Already logged complaint in November. After I chased sky mobile told nothing sorted but I am definitely to pay for phone as not resolved, no timeline of resolution, could go on for months, and that I could be liable for whole cost if phone not found. And told this is reasonable.
