    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a box installed Feb 1st, 7 days later still no no connection. Promised an engineer yesterday and no one turned up. No response via email, on hold for hours on via phone and live chat offline. Awful service - how can I cancel my subscription.
