@SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

Discovered it is my Internet that’s making it impossible to stream anything on Disney+. Quite why Amazon, now tv and Netflix work fine but not that or discovery+ I’ll never understand. . That’s a fun call to @SkyHelpTeam on Monday.
