Spent 50 mins on the phone to sort out a technical issue. Spoke to three people who couldn't help me and tried to sell me an upgrade! Pathetic service. You guys have lost a loyal customer for over 10 years! @SkyUK

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam answer. When I do a line test, sometimes shows green, sometimes shows amber. It’s clear to me that this is an issue externally as the street is affected, not just my household. Is there any way this can be progresses please as I feel like I’m going round incircles

@SkyHelpTeam I was advised to call sky as there was an issue, which apparently is an area external fault when technician performed line test. The issue is continuing today with drop out continuing.

@SkyHelpTeam sp8 area still no internet ive been told on the phone there’s no local faults however others have told me another operator has said they were the 18th person to call. Some clarification please and ultimately a fix is needed. I need the internet for work!

@SkyHelpTeam So it’s acceptable to get 1.2mbs over your super fast service and 37.46 mbs over 4g is it and signal not reaching security cameras! download speed to my iPhone with netgear router via Virgin is 160mbs.... Sky promised me a better broadband service! This is unbelievably worse!
