    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

    Had to phone the @SkyHelpTeam the other day for what turned out to be an easily resolved problem. After only THREE rings a great chap called Bryn answered and firstly apologised for the wait !!! Now That’s What I Call Service.

    @SkyHelpTeam 25 minute wait to speak to someone about awful internet connection. Six hour drop out and now intermittent maybe, maybe not connection. As usual, booster box not pairing with router…. We’ve done all the usual list of checks and resets etc. What are we paying for?
