    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

    @_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam That's a right pile of **** and you shouldn't put up with it,you are paying for a service that you aren't getting. I know people joke about the turning it off and on again,but have you tried turning it off and unplugging it from the wall for a minute ? How old is your Sky Hub ?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I keep having issues with my sky box, the catch up doesn’t refresh properly so it’s only showing from before the 24th of September and can’t download anything from the last week… it does this quite frequently and have no idea how to fix it 😔

    @_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam Wow, let me guess..... due to covid no staff. I had the same problem, use your phone data to detect the problem to report it then they read a menu out...... You either phone them early or late in the evening to get through.

    @Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam can you resolve the issue with Channel 4 On Demand content please. The GBBO ep 2 is still not on demand & ep 3 is tonight. Ruins the whole point of watching a TV competition if you loose a week!!
