@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@SkyHelpTeam I was eating at a small business today and they had the wifi password you provided them written down for customers. They were unaware that any customer could not only go to 192.168.0.1 and view all clients connected but with the wifi password could do way worse.

Hey @SkyUK, your security hygiene is dusting. Unlike some other ISPs who provide different randomly generated passwords for both wifi and the admin settings dashboard, you provide a default login of 'admin' and the Wifi Password. This is just asking for trouble.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes that is correct. I called up Sky 3 weeks ago and was advised it is a known issue, but there is no know date for a fix. @ParamountPlusUK asked for some tech info which I provided weeks ago, but have then ignored my e mails. I just want to know when it will be fixed

@SkyHelpTeam my Internet has been down 5 days, no updates as to what or when the issue will be fixed, no phone, no Internet.... website just says there's a problem and apologies for inconvenience... NOT GOOD ENOUGH .... some clarity please, oh, and a refund!!!!!
