    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    @SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Broadband was iffy at best yesterday but today it has been up and down (mostly down🤬) ALL DAY!! 😭It is evident I am not the only one. Many rely on internet access to actually work from home in these times.... #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to watch Sky Go but I’m getting the ‘Something is wrong. The app will now quit’ error message like many others today. I’ve uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled twice. Is there a fix yet please? I’d like to watch the cricket!

    @SkyHelpTeam First thing I did was uninstall and reinstall - no change. Looking at your forums it's an issue that's far past just me experiencing this. Can you escalate this as it's a clear error with the update that has gone out?

Dermot Gallagher stated that the difference between the two is the Italian player never had control, the rule doesn't state control it states deliberately play the ball. PGMOL have issued words to the affect of as soon as Mings chested it, its deliberate.
