I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. Graham H (@mercfan) reported from Farnham, England@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

I’m astonished that new customers can get this for half the price I can and there is no budging on that. I have cancelled my account!

I was told 1-5 days. At 9.45 this morning, my new router was delivered. By any measure, that is tip top customer service.
