@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

@SkyHelpTeam Done the full test and called the number that promised to be direct to support. But still on hold 25 minutes later, as usual. All I want from sky is tv and broadband that works. But instead supplied below par equipment. Mini boxes as hot spots they can’t even connect to them
