@desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

@SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

@SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

We feel trapped in the contract as leaving would give us a poor credit history. We only wanted what they told us they would refund us, but didn't. We don't want to stay with a company that treats its customers so shoddily. We will consider Virgin Media. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes. The locals to the property degraded to an extent they couldn't support ultrafast single order. The new duct work went in weeks and weeks ago. Ultimately I've been awaiting the new cable to be terminated in the property. Thats what the openreach did off his own back
