    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyHelpTeam They have and are getting different advice. New routers being sent out, engineers needed, no faults in the local area.... There is clearly an issue, and no-one seems to want to get it resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, it was my dad that spoke with your customer service team. Our internet will drop out mostly at weekends and we can not access it for 30 min. My dad called as we have had these problems years ago. Instead of listening said ‘I should know my job been doing it for 8 years’

    @SkyHelpTeam I believe they ran some checks but in the pre call my dad was informed there was a problem. They have agreed to send an engineer out but the customer service advisor was so rude. Not impressed

    @8obbyanderson @SkySports They got the SPFL for a peanuts and rode it rotten all for their own gain, they'll never get another gig where they can create so many hours of original TV for so little investment, BT had a chance to show us how much they appreciated us and their bid was a total embarrassment.

    @SkyHelpTeam issues in Edinburgh (eh3)? My internet is completely dropped, router says broadband disconnected. Has been fine for months and this morning, have followed all the troubleshooting steps. Please let me know asap as I work remotely!
