@SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@SkyHelpTeam I did a test once I logged into my sky account and it said it’s been at 40mb/s for the last 14 days but this is definitely incorrect. The tests don’t go up or down they’re just constantly showing 40mb/s. I can’t even load up a webpage on my desktop computer
