@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

9pm again at 11pm! so not only has the tv gone down it’s now the internet decides to go down. So sick of it! Does anyone in brighton have good internet connection ?- and if so give me names as I can’t deal with the poor service I get any longer @virginmedia @SkyUK someone help

@SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

@SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

@buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason - issue with that site is that it says everything is perfect. Which it is… when it’s connected. But it constantly drops connection - and that site doesn’t give me an option to say, no it’s actually not fine. So how do I book an engineer when the site says it’s all ok?

Maybe if he changed his ways and learned some people & man management skills, he might be good proposition for football clubs.
