@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkySports Perez was never in front of Norris on that corner. Perez moaned on the radio just after as he knew he’d cocked it up. The stewards are a bit like VAR on this one. How in earth they came to their decision is beyond me and many others. Then he’s involved in another two incidents

@SkyHelpTeam Morning Sky. So for over a week now been trying to downgrade my package. Called the number you sent me a link to twice where the automation seems to take your details to downgrade and nothing. Also asked for a call back and nothing. I bet if I cancel my DD I'd get a call.

@SkyHelpTeam I was expecting to hear from Sky Q engineer before today (installation was to be this afternoon) but no contact & I’ve now had to reschedule for emergency reasons. I’ve changed to 15th. Poor (no!) communication from you, I now fear being charged a fee. Please advise.
