    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband has dropped off massively. Sub 35mb. I now can’t watch sky tv via my Xbox which is my only option at the moment. “Can’t connect to sky servers”. How can we fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam No need for DM. I’m bitterly disappointed as a long term customer, for tv/ phone contracts. The 📞 contracts will not be renewed as they complete. Sky glass has progressively worsened since install, we’ve rung, had an engineer, which made it worse. I wanted to return- instead

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning. My Sky Q box keeps going in to standby every few hours and then freezes. Only way to get it working is to unplug it. Done all of the help options online and even turned the standby option off on settings but it does it anyway. Really annoying!!!
