@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Can anyone advise why I don’t have any mobile data signal when I’m in Wigan Town Centre?? It’s been like this for 2 weeks now with no sign of improvement. Literally get home from work and all my notifications come all at once because I’m connected to the Wi-Fi.
