    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t, it says we should be getting 37mbps and that there’s no issues yet every speed test that isn’t from sky says we’re getting 13-18, plus everything is taking a while to load.

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks we get a blue screen and a problem with the signal message it’s been impossible to watch anything without it pausing and returning to the blue screen even on recordings, we pay so much for a service that’s not fit for purpose

    @SkyHelpTeam had an email offer saying have 4 weeks sky cinema on us and then £5 a month for 6 months. Clicked start trial, logged in checked out. Now looking at my future bills it’s showing I’m paying £9 a month for sky cinema! Not the offer I’ve signed up for. Help please
