    @SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyHelpTeam Book an engineer the video says... I did and they were no show due to a **** up on Sky's end!! Now not available until January, but it's OK as I get £25 as a sorry(!) No chance am I paying for a service I'm not getting for 4 plus weeks. What a joke! Awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have raised a complaint & asked for an operations manager to contact me. Earlier today an agent contacted me, was getting no where with him so asked for an Ops manager to contact me(again) Again, an agent contacted me. Told her to put me through to a manager and she cut me off!
