@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

Just heard @FlexUTD on skysports say there's big club bias with decisions. When decisions go against the so called smaller club usually it means the big club have won and so there is huge scrutiny. When big clubs have bad decisions they usually win so its forgotten quickly.
