You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Just had a call to renew, it’s now £30! They said bcos im a loyal customer! Not heard that before 👏 Fire stick and BB. Cheaper by more than 50%
