Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

Then open reach turned up and did not fit master socket. Then left without communication and left me with no Internet or landlines. Help ASAP.
