@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I rang your customer team last month because my phone was loosing access to data/phone signal at least once a day and my phone had to be restarted to get it back. I was sent a new sim which hasn't done anything to fix it;
