Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@PhilWillChil @SkyHelpTeam They do it every year first time we had to pay it this year then they tried charging us £30 for renewal of TV, Phone and Brodband luckily got back down to £10 but after this year don’t think we will be doing it again not how you treat customers who have been with you since 2002

@SkyHelpTeam Wow! 😲 Almost 3 days to get a reply & was only noticed from advising a friend about your poor customer service. Was aware of charge & was querying with your CS rep when she was rude & hung up mid sentence! Paying £65 is NOT my only option as I discovered. No help at all Sky 🤬
