    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

    When you wait in all day for @SkyUK to be fitted and they don’t turn up. Not even a phone call to say they are not coming. We have paid up front for Sky, husband had to take the day off. Not a great start and now you tell us you can’t come out till next week!!! So very rude!
