Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyUK supposed to be activated for broadband on Friday, BT Openreach engineer say a problem on the line. NO update yesterday on when I'll be connected. Rang this morning told possibly Monday, Opereach want another 24 hours. Not good enough, I work from home.

@SkyHelpTeam It says there is an outage in my area. Which seems to go with what other people are saying. Is there any information regarding this? Maybe an ETA on things being back up? Myself and a fair few others have to work from home
