    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkySports Good. That was a shambles- the very worst in a season full of ridiculous red cards. It's not just the fault of VAR either, the interpretation of the rules is ruining the game.

    @SkySports Seriously, somethings wrong when the on field ref & VAR ref get this completely wrong for it to be overturned by guess what??? Video replay & analysis. VAR is supposed to cut out these kind of mistakes!!!

    @SkySports So I’m assuming the officials will be punished for not doing their job correctly? Or can they continue to be **** at their job and get away with it? Don’t forget these are the same incompetent officials that made the league invest millions in VAR to begin with
