9pm again at 11pm! so not only has the tv gone down it’s now the internet decides to go down. So sick of it! Does anyone in brighton have good internet connection ?- and if so give me names as I can’t deal with the poor service I get any longer @virginmedia @SkyUK someone help

@SkyUK will not even reply to me on Twitter regarding their #AwfulService. They will not even let me lodge a complaint about their #AwfulService. I have been a customer for 30 years and pay approx £1,000 a year. Apparently they have no engineers available for over a week!
