Gemma Muldowney (@gem_muldowney) reported
.@SkyUK are the worst at customer service. They were still charging me for a service I cancelled until this month, almost a year after I cancelled it, until I brought it to their attention. Five phone calls later and they still won’t return my call or give me my money back.
-
Dawn Stone (@DawnT_89) reported
Hey @SkyHelpTeam why can’t I just speak to someone via your customer care number? Called 3 times and each time I’m just fobbed off with a text or a link to to go online. I need to speak to someone! Ridiculous service.
-
Tim Vickery (@TimmyVickery) reported
@SkyHelpTeam Nothing. Call up and said “known fault in area, working to get it fix ASAP l” and only and option to get a text when fixed! Can’t even speak with anyone. Can not get anything on demand for the kids.
-
samantha chenley (@samanthachenle2) reported
So @SkyUK is putting their bills up in April, because it is more than the inflation rate, sky customers can cancel their contract with them without any fees. It’s something I will be thinking about in next 2 months.
-
Espada de la India - مهند (@Mo_hunned) reported
@SkySports This is stupid, cuz if Liverpool starts winning two games and you re-do this BS analysis, everything would be different

Ronny (@StraightBallers) reported
@DannyFoxFox @owenfaz21 @SkySports I don’t disagree that the Daily Mail is a **** rag, but the article is full of objective facts straight from the EUIPO, as well as the same quotes you can find more balanced publications. Anyway, the point of the original tweet was just to show the difference in character
-
Barbara Cookson (@filemot) reported
@saranaidinecox @SkyUK should work - why not have a test and go down the garden out of internet range and see if you can watch it. #Happythoughts

Zoe Smith (@zoelouisesmithx) reported
@stoosmith86 @SkyUK @vodafone Honestly never known anything like it, they promise you certain speeds, don’t give you those speeds then tell you it’s because their WiFi is busier than usual, is that our fault? Paying for a service that we aren’t getting but they make excuses each time! Ridiculous😴
