    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam My mum spoke to them, and I'm not sure she asked. Everything is working on my phone now and I no longer get the error message. The app on the chrome book laptop just keeps closing when I click to watch a programme, which makes me think it should work but there's another issue.

    @SkyUK Why has my screen mirror suddenly kicked me out? I always watch F1 on my ipad mirrored to my bedroom telly. Now its saying disable screen recording and i HAVE but it still doesnt work. Why do you guys tinker with everything
