    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not a uk number and the rest doesn’t help us . It’s ok if there isn’t one . We have done all we can to resolve the issue .

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyUK someone has incorrectly set up an account with my email address. Keep trying to call but no one at sky can help. Please advise best route to resolve. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam how difficult can it be to order sky glass tv? We filled out the request and called for help, still nothing, maybe best to not bother buying it :-(

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I am just want to look at cancelling as much of your services as possible. I realise as a loyal customer I am at the bottom of priorities, but a 70% increase in price is not viable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I work from home and have zero mobile data signal so rely heavily on wifi. If we have an emergency, we're screwed and I'm sure there's others in our shoes. It's not good enough, what has happened? We paying customers deserve an explanation.

    @SkyHelpTeam @andykinsey Then all you say is "We're working on it, please don't call us" and "we usually sort it within a couple of days". This isn't acceptable, we should be given full updates of what is happening, estimated time to fix the issue and details of compensation.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your compensation policy doesn't seem to cover those covered with a speed guarantee. Can you please explain if we need to contact you, as per your policy, or do we not need to contact you as you say you're aware of the outage... Has Boris Johnson been writing your policies?

    @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam What a rude reply. I get that you’re angry and frustrated - we all are - but typing stuff like that won’t make the fix any quicker. The people over this feed are not the people trying to fix it and are as frustrated as you. Try not to be so rude. It’s not their fault.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SophRawlinson08 I have just done this, my postcode is WA5 and it says there’s an outage! Not great when working from home and have important meetings to attend not to mention it’s half term with 2 young children! 😫
