    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    I do not understand any Celtic fan that follows/subscribes/listens to anything sky or skysports has to say, the bias of anti Celtic, anti Scottish ideals is so blatant and in your face. It's bad enough we're forced to listen to Andy 'soup taker' walker every week.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that, and when the routing was down it didn’t find anything, but when routing was working all was fine. That’s how IP works.

    @tgh316 @SkySportsPL @SkySports My point was if the arm is counted for offside, it cannot be counted towards a handball. This is the problem of the rule being so complicated. As I said though, only saw it briefly so wasn’t sure where it hit. Ta
