@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

Hi @SkyUK I’m on the phone to my 79yo mum who’s had Sky fitted today and it just doesn’t work - because nobody said she would need a newish telly and apparently hers is too old. She’s been without broadband for days and us without TV. This is pretty poor.
