Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkySports There was contact on Jacks knee he didnt go down, when he next put weight on the knee its obvious he was in pain not a dive, people only see Jack hit the floor and do not see the passage of play that led to him unable to put weight on the knee, hope this clears it up for you all,
