@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam why aren’t you sorting out the issue with the exchange in Morley. Off since Saturday and no date/time for repair. Shocking lack of communication and service. We can’t work or do schooling - no updates when we ring -sort it out. Has to be a resolution 😡😡
