    @SkyHelpTeam My sky broadband has been intermittent (OX16)since 25/01021 Phoned tech support 3 times. 1st call “we have an issue” 2nd call IP address was full of data so cleared it. 3rd call an open reach issue. 5 working days still no fix still intermittent #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Your service is SO bad! Just tried calling again the 6th time now! Got through the lengthy automated checks AGAIN! to be told “We are transferring you to an operator” Then a voice comes on saying “sorry we are closed please call back!!!!!! BOT GOOD ENOUGH! I’m furious now!

    What frustrates me is that journalists and pundits at @SkySports and @btsportfootball clearly never do any research. The rhetoric is always that Arsenal are easy to get at, soft, don’t want the fight etc. I wonder if any of them will mention our defensive record!!
