@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam hi, we were supposed to have our internet switched on on the 29th April. Still nothing and each time we call no one has any updates and openreach have said you haven't even made contact with them despite telling us you had. Pls help these are shocking scenes 😭
