    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not a uk number and the rest doesn’t help us . It’s ok if there isn’t one . We have done all we can to resolve the issue .

    @davidsupercat @SkyUK Thats good. I have Sky broadband, telly etc & they've always been very helpful. I've got Sky insurance for the telly part & whenever the box has packed up they come the next day with a new one. Super service.

    @ezelvis70 @shoutinthewind @SkySports Would your father be ok with you being patronising? Or is that down to him? See how this goes. Worked with a number of kids who have gone off the rails and the parents have been fantastic. Too easy to blame the parents from the other side of the fence.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q issues connecting to Broadband - loose broadband on main box and all mini boxes - only fix is to restart the main box. Which sounds like it could be on its way out. Happens every day.

    @Exree123 @SkySports You mention reading, yet can't spell a players name correctly? Also, united did fail to put away Chelsea. Had the better chances, obviously you don't watch football you just read twitter and try to act hard. Bit embarrassing really. You couldn't call for a pizza you fool.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks already followed those steps, the system works for a while and then the same issue returns. I don’t want to book an engineer is would just like to replace the main box.
