Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

Had awful customer service from @SkyUK I called them to upgrade and they said I wouldn’t have to pay £30 to do this (on 2 accounts so £60), then saw I had been charged. Have they sorted it? No I’m on my 4th phonecall and each time I have to ask them to listen to the recording 😡

On top of that I was told I would get a phonecall today between 3-4pm once they look into the issue and haven’t received it. The first person didn’t write notes on their system, the second didn’t call me back, the third hasn’t called me back either @SkyUK
