Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran line test using the Sky VIP app. It does show any problem apart from the speed being below what you’ve promised but it still disconnects and it’s getting very frustrating when it’s happening every few minutes.
