    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

    @SkyHelpTeam why is the SkyGo app not working? Followed all advise, uninstalling, deleting on roaming folders and recycling bin but just says code PFE 4002? Help! 🙏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea how long the outage in ML9 1UP will last for broadband? Was on call for an hour earlier and now got Openreach coming tomorrow but it turns out multiple people in the estate all the same and with Sky FTTP

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we are again without internet. The pole that was ‘fixed’ a few weeks ago, giving us almost 2 wks without internet, has now broken again. You went to book an engineer last week but nothing since then and it’s a 45min wait on the phone. Are you aware of the outage?

    @SkyHelpTeam are the internet issues in Larkhall? Green lights on the router, but sky glass is saying the internet isn’t working. Restarted twice and no luck.
