@SkyHelpTeam We was meant to get an upgrade to Q box before lockdown 1, then sky cancelled the fitting, we are stuck with 2 cards that we have to switch between for certain channels, sky on demand, movies, planner and pause don't work at all. Now - display does not support hdcp appears alot.

So after 9 days without internet we've finally got an engineer coming out tomorrow to have a look and hopefully fix the issue. Let's hope they turn up this time!!!! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam.
