@SkyHelpTeam She is out of ‘contract’ and as she is moving temporarily into other accommodation they don’t recommend she takes out a new ‘deal’ so she is stuck with a 60% price increase because of her circumstances for several months. Not the best way to treat a customer of over 21 years.
