    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam I'll give that a try but looks like multiple people in my area are reporting issues, so might be worth having your team actually follow up on that. I'll message back if any if the above don't work. Does Sky offer compensation for downtime? I'm losing money not being able to work

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have had UHD for years however when we try to download S2 Temple it says DOWNLOAD FAILED and NO SUBSCRIPTION yet we downloaded BRASSIC and FBI MOST WANTED in UHD last night with no problem

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t allow me to discuss with someone why it’s wrong in the account. Genuinely forget it. I will cancel as not worth the hassle. Been with sky over 9 years but no one will just speak with me to help me spend even more money with you.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are we talking about the same thing? Watching two sport channels at the same time? As that was never the case and could use when you wanted as long as uhd event not on. Trust me I have used it thousands of times and it is not the same now.Will try other forums see what is saidthx
