@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

If you are thinking of getting @SkyUK Q my advice is “don’t bother, nothing but trouble”. I spend a lot of my day switching it off and letting it reset itself as it keeps stopping. I have tried calling @SkyUK but a poorly trained person tells me to switch it off & let it restart.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but I tried these last night. I go to the virgin go app and it shows sky sports etc. Several channels take yo to the Sky go app, which asks you to login with your virgin details, but then says that they are not recognised? Thanks
