@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SergioNoHairo @CitySection What that means is they looked at all angles.. the reverse angle clearly shows pressure on the ball, @SkySports never looked at that angle
