    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    @SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam no I can't set up the SKYQ APPLE APP!! I CANT LOG IT THO THAT, The apple login does work cos I'm using Android! and the link it gives to work around that.... doesn't work. Super frustrating please help

    @tridentvfxx @SkyUK @LightningFibre Yeah they want me to pay the early exit fees however they can’t as they never reached the minimum speeds for their contracts on 10+ different occasions

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning LS. I was advised that my broadband would be slower if I didn’t get the fibre package. It’s boiled my blood for years. I get that our house gets slow broadband but I don’t understand why I have to pay a higher price for a fibre broadband that I physically can’t get

    @GNev2 @SkySports Gary can you explain generosity of media coverage Steve Bruce has had relative to results? 7 wins in 37 & a litany of previous failure. No foreign manager or black manager would fail upwards like him. If not white & English with white & English media mates would it be the same?
