@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyHelpTeam If you can't give those affected users a timescale for services to be restored, why should they pay for the full service? I'm starting to realise that maybe I can manage without Sky Movies on demand. Amazon, Netflix & Disney+ get most of my attention anyway.
