@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam There is an outage in TN38, but no sign of it acknowledged anywhere. My Sky Hub router homepage says broadband disconnected, some local shops reporting problems with payment machines, any idea what is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

4 super short (20 secs or so) clips I want to watch of F1 on the @SkySports app (channels I pay and subscribe for). Have to watch 2 ads totalling 40+ seconds before I can view each one. What an utterly crap user experience. I just go find on Twitter instead.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m done!!! After 4 weeks of inaction from your Mobile “Support”, multiple failed callbacks and absolutely no kind of update, my wife’s phone number is still incorrectly registered. I will commence cancelling ALL of my Sky services next week.
