@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

@SkyHelpTeam According to your checker the speed is fine (66mbs) yet everything takes ages to load, pictures are fuzzy etc on my MacBook. I have 4/5 bars of range for the hub connection, so don’t understand why it’s so slow?

@SkyHelpTeam Gee willigers, Sky, I'd have NEVER thought to check the website on my own!! I'm only a 25 year old who spent most her childhood on the internet, thinking the answer might be online is news to me!! Seriously though, I wouldn't willingly be stuck on hold if I could fix this online
