    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam The 03 numbers take you to an automated machine that you have to work through and either tells you to go online and to then put the phone down or on hold for hours. I just want what I pay for.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I’m going to have too. Sky are quick enough to take money but not rectify any issues. I pay for broadband, TV, phone and mobile. Currently only the mobile is reliable.

    @SkySports Whilst i like Joe I don’t think he is skilful enough. Too slow from punching to foot and head movement. He needs to fight someone like Whyte, Usyk or Povetkin before he gets a crack.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's all to convenient isn't it - due to SKY's incompetence and Departmental non accountability it's yet again down to me to phone - just for the record, the last note on my account states that a Manager would call me on the 15 Dec....and nothing - I'm apparently a VIP Client too
