@SkyHelpTeam hi my sky go app keeps giving me error 1204, but I have a subscription an it has been working for ages an yesterday when i went to watch sky go it started giving me this error!! Very very annoying please help!

@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

.@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

@SkyHelpTeam There is an outage in TN38, but no sign of it acknowledged anywhere. My Sky Hub router homepage says broadband disconnected, some local shops reporting problems with payment machines, any idea what is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but we are paying for sky Q but can’t access all its services as no internet. Anyway that’s not the pressing issue.We need internet and can’t wait weeks/months for it,that’s what we are being told. We both work in key worker industries and need to be able to access internet

@SkyHelpTeam They haven’t been able to help in getting it sorted so far, which is 33 days of back and forth with SKY. therefore tying this route. My partner was not referrred to a manager when requested an hour ago on the last call to SKY. I want someone to call us with a resolution ASAP
