@SkyHelpTeam I recently tried to cancel my sky package but was offered a good deal to keep it going. Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a letter warning of an Early Termination charge, this was odd as there was no break in contract. At the time I spoke to C service who said..

@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyUK Rude Sky at customer services got upset when I called him out about sending engineers for installations but not repairs, he's reaction was to disconnect my Internet within 24hrs , he then transferred me to disconnect my TV package.

**** sake.. @SkyUK is a bloody rip off. Charging my mum £120 a month for her package that I'm getting for £90 a month but she won't bloody change then the staff give me **** at sky when trying to sort it... bellends
