    @SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

    @SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

    Day 37 #lockdownuk No internet 1st thing,sorted, thanks @SkyHelpTeam Ear flaring up,Clinic cant help while the country is in lockdown, throbs like a bugger. Walk to @Tesco got a battery for my scales. Put on 20lbs in lockdown! Least said about Day 36 the better.. #keepthefairh

    @SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which I’ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve have had no internet in Lincoln - LN6 since 4am this morning. After running the checks online, it can’t make its mind up if there is an outage or if our broadband is ‘up and running’ but our hub says otherwise. Is there any update on when this will be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam You haven’t relied to my question though - is it really too much trouble to communicate what the actual problem is and when it will be resolved? These vague ‘we are aware of the problem’ is infuriating as it doesn’t say when you expect it to be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why are you so passive - my point is you have the tools available to you to find the information??? What purpose do you serve if it is not trying to provide help and support to your customers - you are literally saying ‘there is nothing I can do for you / computer says no’.

    @SkyHelpTeam It said it couldn't connect to the router. It seems alot of people locally had problems with phone lines. As it affected our landline (no dialingtone) I didn't book an engineer as the diagnostic told me to. I left it till this morning and all was good again.

    @SkyHelpTeam @shaunthorpe333 Clearly, people are not being satisfied by this response and you're just making more work for yourselves by trying to maintain it. Get someone to find out what the actual issue is and tell us. It's making people more annoyed by being fobbed off with this "holding pattern" reply.
