@SkyHelpTeam my Skyq box keeps disconnecting from the internet although it’s Ethernet connected. It’s also VERY hot. Issue been getting worse over past few weeks, can’t see help phone number on your site and as a key worker I don’t get much time

@SkyHelpTeam I do the tests at the time. But at times the service reconnects before the test provides the results. I have spoken to others adjacent to me from other suppliers and they have similar problems at exactly the same time.

@SkyHelpTeam The Twitter account is useless. All I get told is get back into contact with broadband technical! I’ve have doing that for 6 weeks or so! They just keep palming me off. People out there, I cannot tell you how **** customer service is, they leave you without broadband for weeks
