    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @SkyUK I have been a customer for over 15 years basic sky channels and now paying £31. My father only watches one channel. How can i get this reduced not fair when new customers are getting more for less!!

    @Charliepops1982 @SkyHelpTeam Do you have a socket anywhere in the house already? If you do, it may be booked as a remote start rather than an engineer visit, you just unbox your kit, plug it in and wait until midnight for your service to switch on.
