    @SkyHelpTeam I had an email Monday saying my bill hadn’t been paid. Strange as I pay by DD. I paid online by card but the DD had gone out. I’m now £70 short in my bank account & been put in an unauthorised overdraft! Customer for 30 years! Not happy
