    @SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you given incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or properly, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you.

    @SkySports your football coverage is dwindling - no wonder Souness is leaving - Redknapp is grim for starters! Only really worth watching when Keane, Neville & Souness are on - don’t become as bad as BBC!

    @SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

    Why is @SkySports #skygo streaming quality total crap whatever platform you use, PlayStation, computer. With 200+ mbps fibre internet it’s not the connection. When will they 64 bit code it? #streaming #mediaservice

    All I seem to do here at the moment is complain to companies who have given poor service. Todays is @SkyUK who signed me up to a new 18 month contract without telling me. Complaint in of three weeks with no resolution in sight.

    @SkyUK very poor customer service, made a complaint over 2 weeks ago and still no reply. I changed my provider whilst awaiting BT and was not advised that you cancelled the engineer. I now have to wait until the 18th May to get this sorted. Over 6 weeks without internet.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s mainly connection to devices. I can’t stream certain channels, or play certain video games without disconnecting or the ping jumping out of the ceiling. Had no problems with previous providers, even at lower speeds. So my experience leads me to believe it’s poor connection
