Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!
