Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.
