    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyUK why am I paying a fortune each month for a service that freezes, pixelates and jumps! Cant watch a whole program and Can’t get through to a human, totally awful service! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @Gooner_AC21 @SkyUK So, we got Sky Glass TV and 3 pucks for the TVs upstairs. The puck for the main bedroom has been swapped twice and still freezes. I upgraded my broadband and added two extenders and Still lose the signal in the mornings. Turning the puck off and on, retyping PW, etc.

    @SkyUK We recently got sky glass… and we are sensing it back. It is the worst TV we have ever owned. Having everything rely on the internet is a stupid idea and it doesn’t work. The fact that you cannot record or download anything is a step backwards. Not forwards. Do not buy!!

    @leeryan1066 @SkyUK Keep seeing this as a complaint. If I had hair I'd pull it out. What do you want to record that you can't currently get on catchup? Hard drives cost money that would be passed on to the consumer. Its totally unnecessary.
