@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyUK I have already paid £500 to a contractor to remove old TV aerials so he could put a Sky dish on my chimney. £800 to get my neighbours trees cut down and I still get no signal when it rains. There is an option on the sky Q box to use wi-fi instead of the dish but it’s disabled

@SkyUK Another new thing had sky q from onset but then find its not uhd sound/picture thing compatible but new customer gets it as std but I would have to change at a cost and not get 2tb box but 1tb frankly am abit sick of things like this old customers should be better looked after
