Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Just had to put complaint into @skytv as an engineer came to fix a SkyQ issue in 2024 & signed my widowed 80yr old mother up for @SkySports package without consent so he could get commission. Only just found out. She’s now terrified of having an engineer visit again.
