    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @jess_lipson1 @SkyHelpTeam same problem in IP2. just dropped mid way through watching netflix. Sky site says everything is fine (have to use mobile data to access it). Help guides are useless for issues.
