@Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

@Simon_M72 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Mate switching to another provider is a good choice, I had sky for years, every week there was a mass outage and I would be left with no internet or extremely low internet and im talking 75 kbps MAX. Vodafone has had absolutely no problem at all since I bought it. Great choice
