    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam Its not Sky's to fix, the app is created and maintained by Disney themselves and it was an update Disney pushed out that has caused the issue. You can fix it by refreshing your apps through the hidden settings and has nothing to do with Sky, which you may struggle with

    @sophb66 @SkyHelpTeam I agree. Whatever you do you'll end up having to call (probably pay for that too), sit on hold then given the runaround. I wish there was a TV option as good as Sky Q but with good customer service, but there isn't.

    Apparently Openreach closed my case because I haven't responded to texts which I have NOT received - and no alternative contact has been made. I've had 2 @SkyHelpTeam engineers come over and confirm it's an external issue, but haven't heard a thing from @OpenreachHelp.

    @SkyHelpTeam It was fine the next day, it was just Comedy Central and Kerrang that went off, the others were fine, my Wi-fi was working fine and Sky TV could still connect to broadband, they were no issues with the weather here either so don't understand what happened
