    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    @SkyHelpTeam Very frustrating as I’ve got a husband who can’t work…more should be done from @SkyHelpTeam to chase @OpenreachHelp to get people connected. It’s people’s livelihoods…really is poor! No movement just updates with dates pushed back.

    @SkyHelpTeam when can customers stuck on the original broadband ultrafast package upgrade to the new ultrafast? The system thinks I'm on the fastest available when I'm definitely not but can't upgrade as the system doesn't work as the packages are called the same thing!

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky box is currently saying there are errors on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 Channels and doesn’t show them. Happens on sky spots main event too. Please advise
