Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.
