    Hate the way @SkySports have designed their website in a way that when the TV is down and you can’t actually watch anything you can’t TALK to anyone either to solve the problem. I’ve made a little video if you are remotely interested Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I’m gonna be straight, your internet is absolutely abysmal. I’ve been with you for 6 months and I’ve had literally nothing but issues. I have not ONCE received my guaranteed minimum speed even with only one Device active. I will NEVER recommend you to anyone.

    I was wondering why my @Spotify account was still showing me as a Premium customer via their partner @SkyUK It’s cos I’m paid up till my next bill payment date, 3rd week of the month. I don’t need to re-subscribe to Premium till the day after my next bill payment date. Bravo!

    @SkyUK my internet is down it was connected an hour ago at 10pm. ive done all the switching off at mains wait a few seconds then back on again, tried resetting router before because it went down 2 hours ago it worked now its gone again. im connected to the router but no internet.

    @chirpsehill @tonihurst12 @SkyUK Yup, mines been off all evening and I’m on plusnet. Called them and they said something about some engineers have been in the area digging and it’s caused an issue, but it should be back on tomorrow. Clearly that was a lie 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a issue over at sky? 3 different engineers have come to my house and the internets upload speed is still so low that I basically havent got internet if this cant be fixed soon ill have to change internet because no one even knows why this is happening
