    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    PSA: Do not, under ANY circumstance, choose @SkyUK as your ISP. Unless you want dropouts every 5 minutes, slow speeds, and generally shitty service. That is all.

    @SkyHelpTeam But it’s from SKY!! Not any other number, but SKY! I’m fully aware the wording is different but the matter of the fact is it’s from Sky. Honestly I cannot believe you think this is acceptable. I’m raising a complaint with Sky and OFCOM because I’ve had enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam But it’s from a Sky number, hence the previous messages?! Something is seriously wrong if someone is able to message on a Sky number. I’ve honestly had enough after weeks of terrible service and pathetic internet, it’s just not good enough and this is the final straw

    @HannahL99841022 @SkyHelpTeam I was told the earliest they can get someone out to me is Tuesday morning, so if it doesn't fix itself before then I've got no internet for the next 4 days at least! All the customer service team does is fob you off.
