Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
