    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

    @nottobias333 @SkySports Leads do usually fall apart in March to be fair. And the break did help them. It was touch and go before the break. No need to hassle the woman

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

    Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK broadband. Last few months it’s barely worked properly. Old fashioned dial up would be quicker and better. Horrendous service. Time to leave.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    The @SkySports subscription via mobile/Google Play is such a scam. I'm missing my 3rd march today because of problems & their team flat out ignoring emails/requests to fix it. Really really poor customer service. This is why illegal streaming happens, I'm paying for this rubbish.

    @SkySportsPL Back when @SkySports was worth the money - I'm going back a LONG way here - you'd get one ex-player from each team per game. All you need. May as well just get a stream now as I never watch build-up anymore due to the DEI bs. Just offer a "stadium atmosphere" option.

    @SkyHelpTeam On every episode of The Office Movers on Sky Comedy via Virgin On Demand, your subtitles are covering the humorous captions that are burnt into the programme. This happens regularly. Could someone please fix this by top-aligning subtitles when there’s burnt in text?
