Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract
