Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
