It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service
