    After 18 years as a loyal @SkyUK TV customer I have cancelled my subscription. I'd finally had enough after spending hours being messed around by Sky customer services. No attempt was made to retain my custom so I will be going elsewhere and taking my 4 mobile contracts with me

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @Lewis47234913 @SkyHelpTeam Don’t bother. I’m 7-8 weeks in waiting for super fast broadband and we’ve had no internet in all that time. Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

    @SkyHelpTeam Huh? I had gigafast for two years. Upgraded to EE for gamers 3 months ago. Now I get 1.6GB down. I was with sky for 18 years. No regrets.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have been without paid broadband services in Lichfield since 730 on 15th July. When will it be fixed, it’s totally unacceptable as we work from home and incurring travel expenditure as no service we pay for available.
