@SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, my Internet and phone went down last Thursday and after eventually getting though to you by phone it was discovered there was a problem that Openreach needed to fix. Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky broadband is pretty spotty at the moment, with video streaming and calls pausing/breaking constantly. Colleagues in London report similar, but your online status checker reports no issues. Are you sure you aren't having problems?
